The west and Europe stopped buying Russian oil. Russia economy was on the brink of total collapse.

Until India and China stepped in and made Russia their main oil supplier.

The problem now is If USA slap 100% tarrif on India. India will have mo choice than to stop buying Russian oil.
This will be a huge blow to Putin.

He needs his allies India and China to keep buying russian oil in 40% to keep Russia economy floating.

If Putin refuse to agree to peace talks
Trump will slap 100% tarrif on India and any country that does trade with Russia.

India gains over 60% in GDP from USA alone
India will not want to lose or risk such profit
Which means India will stop patronizing Russian oil which means less money for Putin to run the war which will also cripple the russiam economy.
