Is there any Igbo translation to the Chinua Achebe quotes? I wanted some thing in native tongue. I am from Warri, of Uhrobo and Itsikiri heritage, But born in England.

Greetings, I am a child born outside of my fathers homeland so my understanding of my native language is non existence although I sabi broken.

I was looking for a proverb or quote from Chinua Achebe or maybe a strong Uhrobo quote. Ideally it would be in native language not necessarily in English. Do you know where I could find this?

Thank you I have read lots online but wonder about the authenticity thank you for your help. Are Ilaje a form of Yoruba I am obviously familiar with Yoruba but not Ilaje I have a Yoruba and itsekiri name but not a Uhrobo one which I always found strange.

I wonder if anyone can you tell me more about the Uhrobo and Itsekiri Tribes. These are my people, but I have never been to Nigeria and do not know much about the nuances of their culture as opposed to general Nigerian culture.
