Please I don't know whether this is the reasons I can't update my profile. The name on my BVN is different from the one on my credentials. And everything is mine and the only mistake I made is during the time I open my account. Please someone should put me through. thanks

If u can't validate ur bvn, dat means dere is a difference in ur bank details, u might not be able to proceed especially if d difference is in d name or dob

The whole process is summarized as thus:
First u need to input ur email by clicking the forget password , u will hav to wait for some hrs for d activation link to come , sometimes it takes couple of hrs but not more dan a day, den follow it from dere
Note dat if u input ur email many times, u will hav to wait for d last one
