I ask the man in exams and record if those that have not pay for processing fees, whether their SOR will be ready, and he said they process all graduating students . He also said you must pay it before collecting it.

Yeah that's wat they do.. ...they prepare all the results bt u can collect ur own unless u show a proof that U've paid for the processing of SOR
