Why did you go all the way to Aburi, Ghana, to reach an agreement with Ojukwu, that was meant to prevent war, only to come back to Nigeria and break the agreement with Decree 14, which then led to war?

He went to idp camps in the northerner regions of the country make reasonable donations, went to both South East, south south, and south west nursing schools made reasonable donations.
