Rick Ross Suffers Another Seizure On Private Jet!
Rick Ross' private jet made an emergency landing in Birmingham, Alabama, 2 hours ago, en route to his concert in Memphis ,  and we found out he suffered another seizure.

It's the second time today where a plane in which the rapper was a passenger made an emergency landing.  Rick suffered a seizure this morning on a Delta flight that returned to the Ft. Lauderdale airport.
Rick went to the hospital, was released, and then took off at 5:07 PM ET from Ft. Lauderdale to make his concert  tonight in Memphis. But at 5:44 PM CDT, the plane was diverted and landed in Birmingham after Rick had a seizure on board.

Rick is currently in a Birmingham hospital emergency room.  and his present condition in unknown.

Before Rick took off from Ft. Lauderdale, he tweeted a video showing he was ok. Rick was supposed to be on stage in Memphis at 7:30 PM ET.

11:54 AM PST: Rick Ross -- who's still in the hospital -- is telling people he still plans to perform tonight in Memphis at FedExForum.

11:05 AM PST: It appears Rick Ross is now tweeting, claiming he is okay.

10:57 AM PST: Police confirm Ross has been transported to a nearby hospital.

A family member says, Rick is currently under close supervision and is doing fine. Drugs and alcohol were not involved.

10:50 AM PST: Rapper Wale -- one of Rick's closest friends -- just tweeted, "I just talked to Ross, he's 100 pct ok, " Another member of Rick's entourage DJ Sam Sneaker also says the rapper is okay.

Rick Ross is unconscious and paramedics are desperately trying to resuscitate him.

Rick was on a flight going from Ft. Lauderdale to Memphis today, when the rapper lost consciousness.  The plane was forced to make an emergency landing.  Emergency workers tell us the call came in at 12:55 PM ET ,  the caller reported a seizure. Ross is currently on a gurney at the airport, and an eyewitness tells us EMT workers are administering CPR.  Members of Rick's entourage are standing by, some of them extremely emotionally upset.

We're told his entourage jumped out of their seats to alert plane personnel -- at which point a doctor on board administered CPR on the rapper.

The plane made an emergency landing right away -- and we're told, as Rick was being wheeled off the aircraft, he appeared to show signs of life.

Lindsay Lohan has been kicked out of the program where she was supposed to complete her community service because she violated the rules numerous times.

Judge Stephanie Sautner ordered Lohan to serve 360 hours at the Downtown Women's Center in L.A., as part of her probation in the shoplifting case.  Part of the deal -- the judge required her to be reliable, non-disruptive, and serve at least 4 hours at a time. But Lindsay  blew off 9 scheduled visits, and when she did show up, she would often bail after working there for only an hour.

She was terminated from the Women's Center because of the violations.  The Probation Department's volunteer center has now assigned her to a new community service program at the Red Cross.

Now here's the BIG problem ,  Lindsay is due back in court next week for a progress hearing.  Judge Sautner made it clear ,  there would be no more second third fourth fifth sixth chances.  If she screwed up again, she was going to jail.

And just for bad measure, we've learned aside from Lindsay's violations at the Downtown Women's Center, the number of community service hours she has racked up so far is "very unimpressive."

According to TMZ, DMX claims he has finally kicked the drug addictions that kept him behind bars for years -- and he has his children to thank.

DMX says, coke was his greatest demon after his latest prison release in July -- "Everyone was taking advantage of him with his finances, trying to put him in the direction to fail. I have 10 kids. I have to drive them in the right direction, so I let the cocaine go. he says".

The rapper -- real name Earl Simmons -- says God also helped him through , saying, "I am on a spiritual road to do right in my life. I am leaving out all negativity and going to stay on the right road to positive." DMX's pastor confirms, "When [DMX] first came to my church he looked broken, sad, and full of struggle. A Wisconsin woman who already had three children and was desperate to have one with her new boyfriend was today charged with killing a pregnant mother, cutting out her baby and passing off the child as her own.

The criminal complaint filed today details the horrific story behind the murder of Maritza Ramirez-Cruz, 23, who was expecting her fourth child that she had planned to name Omar. Her alleged killer, Annette Morales-Rodriguez, admitted she had scoured the suburban Milwaukee neighbourhood for two weeks looking for a pregnant woman whose child she could steal and call her own.

The doctor who declared Michael Jackson's death a homicide claims it's extremely unlikely the singer killed himself with a deadly dose of Propofol -- insisting Dr. Conrad Murray is more likely to blame.

Dr. Christopher Rogers testified that Dr. Conrad Murray's description of the final moments leading up to Michael's cardiac arrest just doesn't add up. Murray claims he left for two minutes to go to the bathroom -- and when he returned, Michael wasn't breathing. The defense will argue Michael Jackson self-administered a deadly dose of Propofol in that time.

But Rogers insists , Murray's scenario is nearly impossible -- because in that two minute window, Michael Jackson would have had to wake up (under the influence of several powerful sedatives) and skillfully administer the deadly dose , which would then have had to travel to his brain, causing him to stop breathing.

What's more likely, according to Rogers -- Murray administered several doses of Propofol in the hours leading to Michael's death without properly measuring them out , resulting in an overdose.

A Federal High Court sitting at Asaba, Delta State, southsouth Nigeria, has ordered that self-acclaimed Pastor, Glory Okeoghene Abrefera, alleged to have swindled 492 unsuspecting members of the public to the tune of N1.2 billion should be remanded in prison custody.

Also to be remanded in prison custody alongside the accused pastor is one of his accomplices, Reverend Vincent Okpogo. The wife of the pastor involved in the scam is currently at large. Pastor Abrefera owns a wonder bank called Mustard Seed Micro Investment Limited, while his co-accused Reverend Vincent Okpogo is the managing director of the bank. The bank has branches around Asaba-Port Harcourt axis with customers virtually in all towns and villages in Delta State.

The accused pastor allegedly lured unsuspecting members of the public by giving them mouth watering interest on their investment. This generous deceptive interest made customers make huge deposits tagged investment. But it got to a stage the company failed to pay interest and depositors’ money was not also refunded. By the time the depositors realised that they had been duped, Pastor Abrefera fled to Lagos and hid somewhere at Ajah.

He was later arrested by EFCC operatives after some of the aggrieved depositors petitioned the anti graft-agency and traced him to his hideout in Lagos. Between June 2006 and January 2009 the accused wonder bank President and his accomplices had swindled at least 492 people. The accused are facing multiple charges of conspiracy, stealing, fraudulent conversion and operating banking services illegally at Asaba and Effunrun, while Port Harcourt charges are being prepared.

Great Sacrifice of a Mother 2 - Mother sacrificed herself to save her 2yr old daughter!

Susan Dibene's two-year-old daughter's pushchair got caught in a Metrolink commuter train train tracks. She was killed as she desperately tried to free her two-year-old daughter as a commuter train bore down on her in Riverside, California.

In a final moment of heroism she managed to free the buggy and push her child clear - but did not have enough time to get herself out of the way. Police said Mrs Dibene was trying to hurry across the tracks despite the fact that the safety arms were down. 'She didn't quite make it,' Riverside police Sergeant Dan Warren said. 'The baby's fine, but she got hit.' Sergeant Kendall Banks added: 'The arms were down, lights were going and she tried to cross anyway and the stroller got stuck and she didn't make it.'

An emotional Paul Dibene, the child's father, said of is wife's sacrifice: 'You have so many mixed emotions. Here you lose the mother of your child, yet she gave her life. I feel like she paid the ultimate sacrifice. She gave her life to save her daughter. The panic and the fear could've caused you to just freeze. It could've taken both their lives.'

Sandra Castillo was walking past the scene when she saw the child alone in her stroller. 'All I did was get the baby - get her in the side walk,' she told KTLA. 'Because I didn't want her to get hit by other cars. 'I was like, did she just randomly come out of nowhere? Did she fall off the train? But no, her mum got run over. 'She tried to take her life to save her baby'.

Passengers said the train, which was travelling from Oceanside to San Bernardino, stopped after the collision as investigators were called. Passenger Joseph Avila told KCAL-TV they were told what had happened by the conductor. 'Probably about 45 minutes after what happened, he finally told us that a lady and a baby got struck,' he said.

Police and railroad officials continue to investigate the collision. None of the 50 passengers on the train was injured. The child was treated at a local hospital as a precaution and is now in the care of her grandmother.
