If the contract was signed with due process ,Atiku could have taken the FG to court to seek redress or compensation.
Atiku silence only shows the contract was signed under dubious intention to short-change the million of Nigerians.
Just like the same P&ID contract signed by the same PDP administration.

How many court judgement has this government obeyed? Both partied are still in court but the government still went ahead to terminate the cintract despite injuction

two different article on the same page, the news never mentioned Atiku or wife it was a global assertion that banks were helping individuals with fraud.
so this news could be classified as fake and should be removed.

Government must revert to #145, because we were told then by Kachukwu that at that price subsidy has been removed, let them commercialize NNPC so we refine and not import pms and within that time frame, subsidize the pms until demand and supply gets to an equilibrium price. if this is not done price will keep going up because naira is on a free fall.

Atiku was right, but then he messed up by promising 90 naira per liter

Which means an expansion of the subsidy regimen, which means more wasteage

with commercialization of NNPC within 18 months prices will fall to within that rage, even if he will subsidize it will be in a free market not dictated by government but by forces of demand and supply.

GOd Bless Atiku Abubakar, when he said that commercializing NNPC is the best way to go, many Nigerians lambasted him but today it is the way this government is going, AA would have managed our economy far better than what we have currently.

The Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal has just dismissed an application by Atiku and PDP, challenging President Muhammadu Buhari’s academic qualifications, Igbere TV reports.

Igbere TV recalls that Atiku Abubakar and the PDP had prayed the Tribunal to upturn Buhari’s victory in the February 23 presidential election, over his controversial WAEC certificate.

But, the Tribunal in its ruling on Tuesday, read by Justice Mohammed Garba held that the petition was incompetent, lacked merit; and therefore dismissed it.

This was not the court ruling at all rather the court upheld its jurisdiction to entertain this based on section 138 sub 1 down.

In the eyes of the law the ECA does not exist so whatever that was drawn is deemed to have been drawn from the consolidated revenue account so Prof was right in his assertion.

this project was awarded in 2011 for 36b naira fund was also released meant to be completed by sept. 2015 but was temporary stopped by the pmb govt so is not a new project per say

i can't believe this comment came from a sitting governor equals and unequal more like the ANIMAL FARM all animals are equals but some are more equal than others. fine population and land mass what is the contribution of the above mentioned indices to national economy? Niger state land mass is bigger than that of Holland but Holland earn 100 billion dollars yearly from processed agricultural products. let every region compete comparatively to bring out the best and improve the economy. EQUAL AND UN EQUALS HAVE NO PLACE IN OUR DEVELOPMENT.
