Have you gotten an offer from GCU?

Not yet ohhh, and a lot of people got offers yesterday.

I have other offers and GCU is really delaying me.

I don't wait a situation whereby their offer comes after i must have paid the fees of another school.

Please a quick advice needed.. Asides payment plan,

Which will you pick? GCU or MMU?

Ejo edakun, GCU never give admission.. I have so many other offers, but I Dey try chill due to sweet payment plan..

You still have enough time since it is January resumption. Apply for Form A pay your deposit. Their CAS Issuing is taking longer (Don't know if it is faster now) as they have high volume request. You can wait a little let September resumption people finish. Then Apply for CAS they may not ask you since you have plenty time till January resumption. But keep your mind open. If they check your CAS assessment, they may require you. But a lot of people on this forum as apply to MMU without POF for CAS because they applied early. Also Check out their Chancellor scholarship (8k) for first class and Vice Chancellor Scholarship(6k) for second class. Check if it still open and if your course qualify. They will give remove their 3k and give you 6K or 8k instead depending . Good luck

I just got an unconditional offer to Manchester Metropolitan University, I would have preferred Glasgow Caledonia but they are yet to offer me admission.

I am thinking of considering this offer, so I can sort all out as soon as possible before January resumption..

I got a 3k scholarship, I was also told to make a 3k deposit.. Please who knows their payment plan? Do they need POF before issuing CAS?

Then I thought admissions should be Conditional before offering unconditional…

You could ask your referees to send the same reference as a pdf to the admission team, on official letterhead, using their official email briefly stating that they used a personal email account to send your reference. Your details should be included in the email as well.

They just sent a mail that they wouldn’t be offering me admission.. I knew there might be issues when they already stated that Referee must use company email and not gmail and it’s likes.

It’s crazy that the schools I have applied to so far are yet to reply or give admission for January intake.. Not cool at all

Tuition is £11,750.

Deposit: £5,500 before CAS.

Please this question has been bothering me,
15th of August is university of Lincoln's Cas request deadline, will it also be the last day to confirm telex for deposit? My funds are stucked in the bank for Form A and the way am seeing it, I maybe debited next week.
Do you think I should wait till that next week or source for funds and choose black market as an option?
Just because of the deadline that reads "Cas request 15th of August" and today is my last day to make a decision.

Ohh thanks.. Cuz the year is literally 4 months away.. I would have loved to resign properly.. It means that there wouldn’t be enough time to give my employers 3 months in lieu notice..

Lol. Some schools will tell you to rewrite your SOP if it does not meet their standard. Most times, such schools tell you to include in your SOP some details that are typical of a CAS questionnaire?/Credibility check.
example of such school is Robert Gordon University.

A school like Teesside will get the things they want in the CAS questionnaire. Teesside University gives three attempts, if the applicant does not provide satisfactory responses at the third attempt, CAS will not be issued and Admission offer will be withdrawn.

I am concerned about the fact that he has already made deposit.. The few application I did, the SOP was requested during the application process.. So why give admission when you are not satisfied with the SOP

If yes, maybe you should have sought help/guidance, I wrote SOP for one RGU applicant about 2 months ago.
