Why is North Korea referred to as Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea (DPR Korea) when they're clearly the opposite?  

the peoples republic is in reference to its communist status.  communism in theory is meant for the people but we all know what happens in reality.  The democratic part is what's mind boggling though.

I agree with Lai-lai and JeSoul. I hate Kobe just like y'all LA fans hate my Celtics people. But I gotta admit that he's good, like really good.
