Properties › Re: Japa Or Land Or Small House by baysol: 10:40am On Aug 29, 2025 |
questioner: I did a business about 2 years ago outside of my 9 -5 and got reimbursed a pretty sum.
I had a plan that I started working on late last year, hoping it will materialize by mid this year but it fell through. This week I just decided I wasn't going that line again.
I need to chart a new course by max early 2026
What's been running through my head now is 1. Japa - Leave thru the Acad route and when done, see what's next 2. Land - Buy in a good location and possibly 2 (or multiple) plots 3. House - Buy a small piece in a modest location and build 2 units of small apartment, one for rent, one for personal usage
Just decided to put this out there anonymously - If you were in my shoes which option will you choose, which will you definitely avoid and importantly why ? 3 - because with japa you are going to waste this money literarily and start from scratch which is not guaranteed with global economic ressession. be wise my brother do this and build your empire on this foundation. |

Malema argued that Africa, with its 54 sovereign states, vast mineral wealth, and human capital, has the potential to become an economic powerhouse if united. Behold the only sensible south African with so much intelect and focus. |

TyroneP: I ran into a giant mosquito today. I was so stunned! So huge!
For clarity purpose, I had to check online for the pictures of giant mosquitoes. Picture attached. this is not mosquito it only look like mosquito. If you see them don't kill them as they are harmless. on the contrary they are actually predators of noxious insects including mosquitos themselves. |

"If you come here illegally, take advantage of our asylum system, and then break our laws by illegally working, your asylum claim must be rejected, and you should be on the next plane home," Ms Badenoch said. This woman is a sadist and reprehensible. I don't think she is a full blooded yoruba person at all because there is lack of omoluabi character in her. What a shame what a waste. She will come back one day to beg to be yoruba citizen again after learning the hard way from her myopic mentality. |

PresidObi: I think he's correct, They migrated to Lagos even before the war in 1960 to 1965. They thought Nigeria would have worked. Now they are living in Lagos legitimately, their children and grandchildren are all Lagos indigenous people. We cannot do anything against them now because their position is backed by the laws of Nigeria. They have come to stay, FOREVER

When somebody said e mi lokan, what does this connote? That Nigerians are dumb people and are spineless people, that are blown about by all manner of winds. Wake up they refuse until people of little vatue and rudderless people of darkness take over their lives. These are the so called politicians, who benefit from what they have not worked hard for, who sat on power that does not exist, under the guise of democracy an evil invention of the western world to create hegemonies to work for their wicked plans, in order to orchestrate their control perpetually. Even with all the money they have stollen and much more, they will still be unable to have a meaningful life outside their positions. Hence, the need to move that around positions in apperent "recycling" of their inefficiencies, meaning they are failures and nonentities who should not exist in the first place as they are pain and squandrels of the living. what a shame what a waste. |
