Heffalump: You can't force a camel to drink water. Please forget until you understand one day. Bye Even Saddam Hussein was in prison and later executed by the state. Gaddafi was also deposed. All these where way more powerful rulers and dictators. No one is above the law. If you commit and there's heavy evidence it's jail one time |

Heffalump: Ok I heard you. Some of you are too young or too busy in your prime to understand life. Can you send Sheyi Tinubu to prison even if he pours invectives and mudsling you in this con3? ee get where the law will suddenly bend or certain actions to prevent the unthinkable. Even lawyers understand this too well. many governors have gone to prison. Obasanjo was in prison. Yar'Adua was in prison. So what's the big deal about that?? Nigeria is bigger than that. The elite are very smart enough not to commit offences and even their kids are smart too. Would you see a billionaires child misbehaving?? |

MrSly: You still reason in the direction the political class. The ordinary Nigerians care not about the rotation with no dividend of democracy. The rotation is not our law. I prefer PO but if PO doesn't get the ticket I would vote Atiku from North and so with many Nigerians. the northerners are very tribalised and care about that rotation you don't care about. Rotation as a convention was invented by them. |

The only road to Aso rock for ADC is to make Atiku the candidate. This is technically the turn of the south as it were and no northerner would want to vote another southerner who would do another 8 years in power! So if at all they would prefer a Jonathan or just go with the incumbent so they get power back in 2031. An obi presidency means they would have to wait till 2035. Or for obi better way for him would be is be a vice to Atiku. Then when he's done run for office. if he thinks the northerners would vote for him then he's in a dream world. The north always has the voting power in any election way more than the south. |

It's better for Obedients to stop dreaming and focus on aligning with the current power structure to get the country working. If you think the north allow another southerner take 8 more years then you joking. The north just has to wait for 2031 to get power back. And power to the southeast?? Y'all should stop dreaming. Omonile can resell your land to another person and nothing will happen, a friend of mine once took them to court for a land he bought around Ikotun in 2010 and the case was dismissed. He almost lost his life because of the said land and had to abandoned it for his own safety before buying another land around LASU-Igando expressway where he lives presently.
In the area where I built my house you can't dig your foundation without paying the Oba millions of naira, you deciding to sue the 9ba means putting your life in immediate danger. did you read what was written at all |

Bwilliam: This is why when some people are talking about forcefully taking over some specific people's property, it will never work. Nothing was handed to them, they bought the land, settled the local area mafia and then built their home/business premises. Later one efulefu will try to drive them out. lies. All land is vested in the governor of a state. For instance all land in Lagos is vested in the Lagos State governor. He can revoke at anytime |

seunmsg: I remember Chimamanda’s inglorious letter to President Biden in 2023 not to recognize the election of President Bola Tinubu. Well, Tinubu is still president and will likely be re-elected in 2027.
This letter from Ibo people in diaspora to the Present of Mexico against Reno Omokri is in similar inglorious form. Ridiculous, disgusting and against common sense. It will be trashed into the dustbin of irrelevancies just like Adichie’s letter. well government is a continuum and it seems trump won't be as easy as Biden was as seen from his actions Tinubu recently 🙄🙄 |

Sugarboyy: Betrayal that wanted to bite the hand that fed him. If not for Jagaban, this betrayal wouldn't have dreamt of becoming a governor not to talk of being a vice President. Same with Peter Obi, someone that should be contesting for House of Representatives, because of hype started thinking of becoming the president of Nigeria. you can't blame him. After you are vice president what next? You can't say you want to be a senator or governor. Nor minister or permanent secretary. You can only vie for the presidency. So he tried to take his chance while it was hot. Atiku didn't now see. Every election cycle he keeps contesting and wasting chances |

Razzness: Of course he has. But he has to pick someone who has the popularity to win from the North. And as things stand in APC, there is shortage of such people. Certainly not Shettima, that won't fly. Dod Yar'Adua have any popularity yet he beat buhari |
Politics › Re: Kwankwaso Supporters Propose Obi-kwankwaso Alliance - Arise TV. by bazoodo: 6:33pm On Feb 07 |
Kim Razzness: This is the only ticket that can defeat Tinubu hands down, unfortunately it will never happen. Kwankwaso will not be Obi's deputy. It just doesn't serve his political interests. He will have to wait for Obi to finish 8 years before he gets a chance to run for presidency. Right now as thing stand, if Tinubu completes his second term Kwankwaso is already the biggest northern politician after Atiku, he stands a much better chance of contesting and winning in 2031, at which time Atiku will be 85. Moreover, if he deputises for Obi and their government doesn't live up to expectation, it will diminish the popularity he already has. Their is only one clear path for Kwankwaso, join APC and wait out Tinubus second term. It is very possible for him to win the primary and be the APC candidate in 2031. If he does anything other than this, he should kiss his dream to be president good bye. who told you Tinubu doesn't have his candidate in mind ? |
