Orders are Orders for a reason. Aah... My boys at Sobi Barracks fit tear person slap for this act.
It can only be Naval or Airforce personnel that can have this type of self-control.
Army? So pe o ti lo 🤓 he's a commissioned officer naturally would be well behaved. You think he'll joke with his cimmisio? |
Politics › Re: Meet AM Yerima: The Naval Officer Who Challenged Wike Over Abuja Land (Photos) by bazoodo: 8:59pm On Nov 11, 2025 |
Konquest: Both Lt. A.M Yerima and Wike didn't communicate effectively (or with emotional intelligence). Both of them are guilty to varying degrees of being "egotistic" or not being self-aware in their communication as can be seen in the screenshot and the video.
However, Nyesom Wike is the FCT Minister and should have been accorded that respect by the young military men. He is like a State Governor overseeing the administration of the FCT.
I still remember how the former Governor of Lagos State Babatunde Raji-Fashola got a senior Army officer arrested for using the BRT lane. The officer even had to come out of his vehicle and saluted Babatunde Raji-Fashola in a photograph that went viral online. Period. difference was that officer committed an offence taking the BRT. Here the officer is sent by his boss. Just following orders |

Kastonkastroll: Oga forget these people! They know what they are doing. Is a false flag and that's how the invade countries. You think the CIA don't have its eyes on Nigeria? Of course they do!
They create these false flags and filter whatever reactions that comes from it, If they get a positive response, boom they begin to attack!!! But am glad we didn't give them the reactions they expected.
Many media houses in Africa were in support of the Nigerian government. People blatantly told them there was nothing like Christian genocide in Nigeria. And hopefully I think they got the message.
There are killings in Nigeria; yes. Is the government doing nothing about it; no! Do we need financial/military support from foreign countries to combat this menace; Yes!
Going forward, we really need to review our membership with AU. Because why will you be silent when your biggest member country is being threatened by foreign powers? AU needs to to better in protecting its members just like the EU normally do. the whole economy of AU nations all put together is just at par with that of Texas one state in the United States |

Kastonkastroll: Well this is a good start atleast that egoistic Trump will cool his head down a bit. But in all if this, I expected AU to convey an emergency meeting and issue a very strong statement to USA but reverse is the case.
So one begins to wonder the usefulness of AU if Nigeria can be intimidated by Trump and no single statement from the union. Maybe we should begin to reconsider our membership.
Well this is time for unity among Nigerians irrespective of political or religious divide. We shouldn't allow one clown in faraway USA threaten our sovereignty! the whole economy of Africa isn't even up to that of Texas. Texas alone that just has about 30 million people. 🤣🤣 |

Service chiefs reached the very peak of their career before retiring.. .A medical consultant in perhaps a good work environment will receive what is attached to the level/office he stopped before retiring so someone who clocked 35 years did not reach the peak? A director in service?? Do you see the benefits for a major general?? How many directors get that?? |

This is why it's recommended that you go to school and go for a good profession and strive hard to be a better person in life
Rather than sitting behind your phone and lamenting that you are hungry that they are giving some people big benefits
If you are a useless person to yourself and society and the type that always say "school la scam" you will only be rewarded with crumbs how many people who went to good schools and are in good professions get this? A medical doctor who is a consultant would he get this after 35 years of service?? Or a typical civil servant?? |

You can't belong to two tribes. Sharing a common ancestry or similar culture does not make people one. Over half of Lagos have Bini and Esan names we don't claim it. Everyone knows Urhobo left Benin to form their own tribe yet you will never ever hear a Bini person saying Urhobo people are Binis. The problem with you Igbos is Inferiority complex. You always want to claim lands and people and if those people refuse you you start crying that they have identity crisis. Everybody came from somewhere Bini and esan are descendants of the yorubas not the other way round |

Truth is today the housing deficit crisis Nigeria is facing today is as a result of the failure of governments post 1999 in planning ahead for the future. Kids born post 1999 today are already adults. Most of them are into tech legitimately and earn in USD while living in Nigeria. So a civil servant who barely earns 500k a month is forced to compete in the rental market with a young person working remotely earning USD 🙄🙄. So it's very sad situation |
