Steps:

1. Update your PSP to OFW6.35, in order to update your PSP, download the file from this link: http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/2036, extract it using WinRar, put the EBOOT.PBP file you'll get (it is about 30MB) in a folder named UPDATE (must be capital letters) and put the folder named UPDATE in the game directory ( I mean in the Game folder of your memory card of your PSP ) then run it from your PSP.

2. Download again a file from this link: http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/2078, extract it using WinRar, you should get three files namely PROUPDATE, FastRecovery then credit.txt, put the PROUPDATE in the game directory of the PSP's memory card, then run it there (just press x in the options).
3. Make a folder named ISO in the memory card, not in any folder huh but in the memory card itself, then put the ISO/CSO games for PSP there.

The April 9th 2011 election has come and gone but its reverberating
effect in Imo State will continue for a very long time because the
common will of the people have been short changed.
It should be recalled that on the 22rd of March 2011, this writer
Citizen Ikenna Samuelson Iwuoha did an expose on how INEC PDP and
Ikedi Ohakim planned to rig the election in Imo State. It was entitled
‘’As INEC CONCLUDES PLANS TO RIG ELECTION IN IMO STATE FOR IKEDI
OHAKIM’’ (please see attached). This was published in several
Newspapers, Magazines and On-line News agencies. Also this writer did
a follow up on the 7th of April 2011. (Please see attached). It was
also published in many Newspapers, magazines and on-line agencies.
It is equally important to note that apart from the fact that
Professor (Mrs.) Selina Okoh the state INEC Resident Electoral
Commissioner and the State INEC Administrative Secretary are very
corrupt people who assisted in rigging the April 9th 2011 election for
PDP. It should be noted that the appointment of Professor Celestine
O.E Onwuliri, the Vice-chancellor of the Federal University of
Technology (FUTO) and Husband of the Deputy Governorship candidate of
PDP as the state Returning Officer for governorship and presidential
elections is an indictment on Professor Attahiru Jega. This
information of appointment of Professor Celestine Onwuliri as the
State Returning Officer is contained in a letter date April 1 2011 and
addressed to the resident electoral commissioner INEC Imo State (Prof
Selina Okoh) with reference number INEC/CH/ROE/VOL.I and signed by
Professor Attahiru Jega himself. Despite opposition to the appointment
of professor Celestine Onwuliri as the State Returning Officer,
Professor Attahiru Jega still refused to change him as at 12th April
2011. Apart from that, many FUTO lecturers have been appointed as
local government returning officers. Also lecturers of Federal
Polytechnic Nekede are local government returning officers. The rector
of the polytechnic is the wife of current commissioner for education
in Imo State, Professor Jude Njoku. It is therefore very obvious that
there is a clear conspiracy to ruthlessly rig the on-going election
for Imo PDP as it happened on the 9th of April which was that of the
National Assembly Election Day.
Let me use the April 9th election to prove that there in indeed a
conspiracy among INEC officials, PDP and Ikedi Ohakim to rig the
election.

Using Owerri Municipal as a test case, election materials were
distributed late. In ALADINMA WARD I in Owerri Municipal, election in
Booth 001 was cancelled by residents of the ward because it was
discovered that all the 668 voter- registered people in that booth do
not live in the ward and are unknown people. The same fake voter’s
registration happened in so many wards in the State. In Ohaji/Egbema,
the speaker of the Imo State House of Assembly, Mr Goodluck Nana Opia
used Lorry loads of armed men to intimidate, harass and disperse
voters. Ballot boxes were then carried under the watchful eyes of
police officers. In Ohaji L.G.A, results announced by INEC were far
above the registered number of voters. In Oru West L.G.A, the former
secretary to the state government Mr. Ignatius Umunna was seen
snatching ballot boxes with his armed boys. He took the ballot boxes
with to his house and thumb printing started.


In MBUTU WARD, ABOH MBAISE, the following happened.
1 At Isiala town hall (001 unit), there were no voting and no result
because of gunshots that scared voters away and Armed thugs employed
by “Hon”. Emeka Ihedioha the PDP candidate carted away all the
electoral materials including ballot papers and result sheets.
2. At town school Mbutu (010 unit), there were no voting and no result
because the ACN agents were kidnapped by Armed thugs and so the
voters ran away for fear of their lives.
3. At Ubaha hall polling booths, no results were declared because the
ballot boxes were carted away by armed thugs employed by the PDP
candidate. The booths are 016 and 018 units.
4. At Ihetteoha hall polling booths, no results were declared because
the ballot boxes were also made away with by armed thugs employed by
the same PDP candidate. The units are 011 and 012. etc.
The major reason why the above elaborated situation successfully took
place in these booths are as follows

1. Thugs armed to the teeth and wearing all forms uniform employed by
“Hon”. Emeka Ihedioha were deployed to these booths in various
vehicles and they went from one booth to the other carting away all
election materials.
2. Many party agents apart from PDP agents were either abducted or assaulted.
As a consequence of these acts of the thuggery and violence on party
agents and the disruption of normal voting exercise, “Hon”. Emeka
Ihedioha and his armed boys took away all the election materials to
their “safe heavens”. There, they fabricated results. Indeed, no
accreditation, no voting, no counting of votes and no results entered
in any of these booths in Mbutu ward. No wonder it is only the PDP
agents alone signed the ward result sheets. However, at the Aboh
Mbaise INEC office, results appeared from no where and the Returning
Officer accepted them despite objections from other party agents.
Consequently the results were used in determining the outcome of the
election.

The case of Isi –ala Mbano local government area that of desperado.
Both Mr. Ikedi Ohakim and the PDP candidate for Okigwe North Federal
Constituency Mr. Chikwem Onuoha were openly seen instructing ward
returning officers to manipulate results. Also Ikedi Ohakim openly
contravened the electoral act by moving from one local government to
another in his long convey of vehicles and with over fifty armed
police men. Ikedi Ohakim visited Nwangele L.G.A twice. He visited
Mbaitolu L.G.A once. He visited Ikeduru L.G.A once. He also visited
Onuimo and Isu L.G.A. He specifically visited six wards in Isi-ala
Mbano L.G.A. This is purely against the electoral act. The case of Mr.
Chikwem Onuoha in a pure electoral fraud.

Mr.Chikwem Onuoha connived with Ikedi Ohakim and rigged the OSUAMA
ANARA ward election by forcing the ward returning officers to change
the figures at the ward collation center. Chikwem Onuoha was also
involved in ballot box snatching and confiscation of election
materials. He used his personal vehicles for this purpose.

Please see
attached pictures. He moved about with over ten armed police men and
thugs at OSU-OWERRE Ward I which happened to be Ikedi Ohakim’s ward
Chikwem Onuoha was seen at the collation centre influencing the
returning officers to inflate figures for PDP. When news of what
Chikwem Onuoha was doing spread throughout ISI-ALA Mbano L.G.A, youths
of the local government came out in anger to confront and resist his
anti-electoral act behavior. The ISI-ALA Mbano youths numbering in
their hundreds led by one Mr. Ben Uwakwe popularly called “OBELEUGWU”
finally caught Chikwem Onuoha at OSU-OWERRE Ward II (UMU-ICHI Centre)
doing the same manipulation of election centre. So they descended on
him and beat the “electoral fraud” out of him. He was beaten at the
OSU-OWERRE Ward II collation centre located at UMU-ICHI. The pictures
of his vehicles used to snatch electoral materials were also taken.

Toyota corolla saloon car with registration number “Lagos EE 571EKY.
Please see attached pictures. It is worthy to note that Chikwem
Onuoha’s opponents in the Okigwe North Federal Constituency election
did not cause havoc, violence and electoral fraud in their respective
local governments. For the records, Okigwe North Federal Constituency
is made up of three local government areas, namely
1. ISI-ALA MBANO
2. ONUIMO L.G.A
3. OKIGWE L.G.A.

Both the ACN and APGA candidate did not cause problems in their Okigwe
local government during the National Assembly elections. The CPC
candidate did not cause any problem in Onuimo local government. It
therefore means that the ACN, APGA and CPC candidates conducted
themselves in accordance with the electoral act. The question now is,
why should Mr. Chikwem Onuoha who is the PDP candidate contravene the
electoral act by moving from one polling unit to another polling unit
manipulating figures of votes cast?. It should be noted that after
Chikwem Onuoha was beaten up by the youths, he was stripped to his
pants. He was therefore taken to ISI-ALA Mbano police station where he
personally made useful statements confirming that he was caught by the
youths manipulating figures of the results. Mr.BEN UWAKWE (alias
OBELEUGWU) who led the youths also made useful statements confirming
that Chikwem Onuoha attested to the Commissioner of police that he was
caught by the youths when he was manipulating results in ISI-ALA
Mbano local government area.

One therefore expects the INEC to disqualify Chikwem Onuoha from
further participating in elections. The INEC should also cancel the
results of Isi-ala Mbano L.G.A and uphold the results of the other two
local governments namely
1. ONUIMO L.G.A
2. OKIGWE L.G.A.

It is a shameful thing that Chikwem Onuoha moved about with armed
police men causing trouble and electoral fraud without the INEC
calling him to order. His partner in electoral crime and man-Friday MR
JUDE EGBULEZE from UMUEGBE village in ISI-ALA MBANO L.G.A was also
seen carrying ballot boxes at OSU-ACHARA WARD with his TOYOTA AVLON
saloon car with registration number “LAGOS CX 852 LSD. (please see
attached). He was assisted by armed men. Unfortunately, results of
ISI-ALA Mbano L.G.A for the National Assembly election have been
accepted by INEC despite objections.

In Oguta L.G.A, ballot boxes were snatched in most voting centres by
armed thugs loyal to Ikedi Ohakim led PDP government in Imo State.
Thumb printing of ballot papers took place at the residence of a
notorious politician in Oguta called OPENE.

In Ehime Mbano L.G.A, thumb printing of ballot papers took place at
the residences of (1) Barr. Evang. Jerry Egemba (Umumu ward 6), (2)
Chief Zeek Martins Nnadozie (Nsu ward) (3) Chief Aloy Iwunze (Umumuno
ward 4) (4) Chief Dimaku (Agbaja ward) (5) Chief Amajuoyi Nzerem
(Ikpem ward) (6) Chief Tony Chukwu (Umueze ward I)
In Nkwere L.G.A, the special Assistant to Ikedi Ohakim on political
matters Mr Rex Anunobi was seen personally carrying ballot boxes, he
moved about with soldiers and policemen. He used his house in Nkwerre
village and that of the palace of ESHI of NKWERRE (HRH Eze Dr.
Chijioke Okwara) as the thumb printing centre.
Clearly, in the just concluded National Assembly election, APGA won
the Senatorial seat in Owerri Zone while ACN won the Senatorial seats
in Okigwe Zone and Orlu Zone. But INEC officials as represented by
Professor Selina Okoh, PDP officials, and Ikedi Ohakim rigged the
election and inflated outrageous figures for PDP as if the party is on
ground in the state.

One therefore expects the people of Imo people to troop out enmasse to
peacefully demonstrate against the shameless rigging of the National
Assembly elections which took place on the 9th of April 2011. This
is to give a clear signal that the on –coming governorship election
which will take place on the 26th of April 2011 will never be allowed
to be rigged by the good people of Imo State.
The time to do so is now.

OBINNA ONUEGBU (OMO) KIDNAPPED IN IMO STATE.

The peaceful town of AMARAKU ISI-ALA L.G.A was on Sunday night the
17th of April 2011 of about 9:30pm disrupted when armed Hoodlums now
Identified as governor Ikedi’s Ohakim’s kidnap gang kidnapped Chief
Obinna Onuegbu popularly called “OMO” in front of his house at AMARAKU
VILLAGE.

Chief Obinna Onuegbu (Omo) is a businessman and a politician who has a
soft spot for the opposition in Imo State. The armed kidnappers
executed their evil art in their black Toyota Camry Saloon Car
strongly believed to be one of the ones Ikedi’ Ohakim distributed to
his campaign organization with the plate number inscription “LET DO
MORE”.

Meanwhile the youths of Amaraku Village have disrupted activities in
Isi-ala Mbano L.G.A as at 18th April 2011. They have openly accused
Ikedi ohakim of master-minding the kidnap of “Omo”. for the first time
since the history of Amaraku, their popular market “ORIE AMARAKU”
closed on the 18th of April 2011 in solidarity with youths who are
demanding that “Omo” should be released latest 19th April 2011. All
the old men in the village including old women and school children
joined the demonstration.

The very old men and women in Amaraku came out and openly cursed
governor Ikedi Ohakim. They prayed Almighty God to allow ikedi ohakim
end up the way the former President of Liberia (Sergeat Samuel Doe)
ended up. Traditional curses was also placed on Ikedi Ohakim children.

In the meantime, the Imo Police Command have pledged to do anything
possible to see that “OMO: is released alive. The Assistant
Commissioner of police who rushed to Amaraku to appeal to the angry
youths to take it easy was shocked when the youths told him point
blank that Ikedi ohakim is the Master mind of the kidnap of Omo.

The youths have given the Ohakim led governor “24 hrs” to bring out
Chief Obinna Onuegbu alias Omo.

It should be noted that Omo is not the only person in Ikedi Ohakim’s
kidnap list. Others include:
1. Chief Obinwanne Chukwu (Ob South)
2. Dr. Emeka Ukaegbu
3. Citizen Ikenna Samuelson Iwuoha
4. Mr. Chima Akuzie
5. Hon. Ugochukwu Nzekwe
6. Mr. Peter Onu
7. Chief George Maduewusi Alias Onapuruagu Ihe Okpunaonu. Etc. Etc.

The question is, how many people will the ohakim kidnap squad abduct
so as to give Ikedi ohakim the arm to be “Re-Elected”? TUFIAKWA.

I decided to write you after observing the relationship of Governor Ikedi
Ohakim of Imo state and Mrs Farida Waziri, the Chairman of the EFCC.
The relationship of the duo dates back to the years of Victoria Waziri at
Milverton while Ikedi Ohakim was a 419ner.

To put the record straight, I was a boy working in the 419 office of
Kingsley Ibe and Ikedi Ohakim at Ajao Estate behind Stop Over Motel along
the International Airport road Ikeja. Mr. Kingsley Ibe is presently in
detention in Abidjan for 419 related offences, and you can confirm this from
Interpol. Mr. Kingley Ibe is from Anara in Imo state and married to the
younger sister of the late Morris Ibekwe a federal legislator who died in
Prison while detained by the EFCC for 419 related offences.

During Ikedi Ohakims 419 period, his associates were Tony Chukwu, late Zeb
Phillips, Eze Cletus Illomuanya (Now a traditional ruler) Chief Reginald
Amadi, Orji Uzor Kalu (With SLOK office in Calcutta Crescent Apapa), Ezego,
Ode Njiji of Njima Paints (Also Victoria Waziri man friend).

Governor Ikedi Ohakim had a more personal relationship with Victoria Waziri
(Now Farida) during the boom of 419 in the 90’s. As a result of a petition
written by a German client Mr. Bushbeck who was defrauded of 400,000 Deutsch
Marks in our office, we were raided on the orders of Victoria Waziri. This
led to the arrest of Ikedi Ohakim and Kingsley Ibe in 1994. They were
detained in Milverton for a week and a deal was reached and they were
released.

Upon their release, Ikedi Ohakim bought a Daewoo Espero from Tunde Debasco
Motors and sent to Victoria Waziri. The car was handed over to her at the
car park of Ikoyi Hotel in Lagos. Due to my closeness with Ikedi I was
always with him and acted as his Personal Assistant. He also issued her with
a cheque (copy attached).

The relationship with Victoria culminated into a more cordial relationship
which has lasted till date.
Ikedi used his relationship with Victoria Waziri to broker deals for other
guy men who had problem with Milverton. Ikedi even went to the extent of
setting up other guy men each time they made money from 419. The fear of
Ikedi by 419ners was the beginning of wisdom then.

Ikedi Ohakim runs a 419 Government in Imo state. All the beneficiaries of
Government contracts are 419’s like Tony Chukwu.

I decided to expose the evil deeds of Ohakim as my conscience has pricked me
so much. The looting in Imo state is too much and Farida Waziri is turning a
blind eye because of her love affair with Ikedi. Ohakim has been sending
millions of dollars to Mrs Waziri through one Mr. Moses; I don’t know his
other name. Mrs Waziri met with Ohakim in London the last time he travelled
and they met at Intercontinental Hotel on Park Lane.
Mrs Waziri speaks to Ohakim almost on daily basis asking for one favour or
the other.
When the EFCC wanted to do their Eastern Zonal Launch in July 2009, Mrs
Waziri called Governor Ohakim, and he told her to do the launch in Owerri,
and that he will support them financially by providing the venue and
logistics. Governor Ikedi Ohakim also gave Mrs Waziri’s EFCC the sum of
N300million tax payers money to support the launch.The launch was originally
billed for Enugu but Waziri changed the venue to Owerri at the instance of
Ohakim. It also afforded them the opportunity to be together at the
Government house lodge.

Ikedi Ohakim has been using his company MEKAHOG to steal Imo state money. He
has bought up the whole of Abuja. He just bought a house in London. His wife
is his major front. They bought land recently in Abuja (docs attached) for
N180 million using MEKAHOG account with UBA bank.

It is unfortunate that despite the numerous petitions against Ikedi Ohakim,
Mrs Waziri has decided to turn a blind eye. I just want the good people of
Imo State and Nigeria to note the relationship between Ohakim and Waziri.
It is worthy to note that Mrs Waziri is not fighting corruption in Nigeria.
She is a friend of 419ners and corrupt people in Nigeria.
