Welcome on board.
happy new year to you all, my country people/nairalanders. I so much appreciate this thread. Please, I want to know the possibility of getting admission through Direct Entry(DE) into this reputable university(UNN). I so much wanted to study with you guys, and I still want to get it done with you guys though I started it else where. Please, the fact is that, I did my diploma(under continuing education a-two-years-program) else-where, but I don't want to continue there. I studied Theater Arts, but I want to leave it for History and International studies in UNN. Please, help me out, the possibility and requirements please. Thanks.

Balogun: Health Checks. Doctor in the House

For all you Nairalanders I have decided to be your official doctor in the house. I have found this site so helpful in bonding me to my motherland I have decided to give medical advice with the usual disclaimer. This is just advice. Further treatment should be sought from your personal physician!
thanks so much doc. Pls doc, i'm jst 25 n i'm having shaky/jittering hands n legs mostly wen i'm tired or hungry. Every little thing i do dat requires effort such as (exercise, long run, dance, even singing) makes me very weak n dizzy dat I even lose balance. Secondly, I hardly keep tempo or sing to any beat without getting confused and weak n i would go off d tempo, even to dance or snap fingers to a beat is a problem. Pls is there any how I can get rid of these embarrassing problem? Thanks.

delightful1: 1. Will do that.
2. I seldom have a warm bath.
3. None that I know of.
4. Will get that done.
5. Heat

Thanx
i used to experince d skin itching after bath, be it cold or warm water. I tried all d available medications within ma reach to no avail. But d gud news is dat i'm no more suffering of it after I read a lil tips on dat wch I tried d simplest one n it works for me. The tip is just, stop using any hard spunch to bath. What was recomended to use in one of d tips wch I chusd was 'hankerchief' but dat was too small n soft to me as if it doesn't move any dirt off my skin, but what I've been using for more than two yrs now is 'socks', d one u use to wear shoes. Jst wear d pair in ur two hands n rob ur soup, n scrob ur body. I hope it helps. Goodluck!

he hasn't posted messages on Nairaland for quite some time, but you can add him on 2go with ''Disc20'', you can also use his number to add him on whatsapp.....hope that helped?

#my opinion...I dont think a score BELOW 180 qualifies a candidate for admission, the general cutoff for either JAMB,POSTJAMB etc is 180+.
thanks so much guys. Jst couldn't believe my eyes at seeing my result. Jst wish I could have an alternative.

FamilyRe: Who Weds Who: Man Weds Woman Or Woman Weds Man? by Bbeyond: 12:32am On Jul 07, 2013
As much as I knw, 'wed' means 'marry' and 'marry' means to legally join a boy and a girl who have mutually accepted to be together forever as it's conducted mostly by the consents of the both's(bride's n groom's) parents, religion, tradition, etc and the process is as follows: a boy decided to marry a girl n proposed to her, the girl agrees: mind u, it's d boy dat started it; the girl took him n showed to her parents dat he is d one dat will marry are n d parents gave their consents, mind u, it's d boy dat beg to take(marry) their daughter from dem; the boy performs all d marriage rite n took d girl frm her parents to 'his own house'!, nw tell me who weds/marries who? And even in the matrimonial home u'll here somethin like, husband: 'i married, so u must listen to me, etc' n wife: 'did u marry me to come and suffer in dis house'? Abeg dat tin is very wrong. The right thing boy(Peter) wed girl(Rita).
