Listen and listen good! You are only allow to complete the incident form- This is when your Card has been accepted as Inec registered card by the Card Reader. Your finger print has nothing to do with this. The most important thing is that, Inec machine must be able to authenticate your card. If u then have an issue with the biometric aspect, it is then the Inec official alongside party agents can now on their convictions allow such fellow to vote or not. Meanwhile don't forget, THAT THE CARD would HAVE BN TESTED and confirmed before any on can go ahead to fill incident form. |
