It is well……..Every advice should be corroborated by the Avits support team. It doesn’t really cost the poser anything other than just a few minutes of airtime. If you even have wifi, it is literally free because it’s done online via their website. And the good part is that they will always pick the calls, if I had known there pick calls, I wouldn’t have followed the advice that inactivated my username. When you delete a profile and you want to re-sign up, it will ask for your full name, email and phone number, are you suppose to change those info? Even if you play around with the email or phone number, your name remains the same and all these “don’t include your middle name or write your surname first and first name afterwards” advice does nothing. This is a new system/ portal, we are all navigating it together NEWLY, so the best bet to ALWAYS defer to the Avits support team for guidance because any advice you are obliged here by anyone should be corroborated by the Avits support team because the person giving the advice is also new to the portal like you. 🙏🙏🙏 author=OyoTunjiUSA post=132222333] 🤠 1. I still have not been able to resolve it and painstakingly so. I have called and they told me they have escalated it and that I should watch out (both my inbox and spam) for a new activation link. Pls let’s verify things before we advise folks here🙏 because the advice to delete my profile came from this thread and now I am facing the music. Pls you are better off calling the support number and surprisingly they always pick calls all the time, worse case scenario, 5 minutes wait time. Keep calling and calling at least you are rest assured and guaranteed of the quality of advice you are receiving. dexydidi: |
Whatever you are doing, pls DO NOT DELETE YOUR PROFILE. I followed an advice like this, after deleting my profile, attempts to sign up again with the same details has proved abortive. The system keeps saying “user is inactive”. Deleting your profile doesn’t fix anything, stick to the tickets raised and call the support line, after which they will ask for the ticket number and then you can further escalate therefrom……… dexydidi: |

To God be the glory Application date : 07/07/22 Biometric done completed :13/07/22 Passport request: 18/10/22 Pls note, I have had 4 US visas and my current US visa expires in 2024. Documents uploaded: Banks statements NBA credentials CAC documents Travel history (US only) Submitted using the old portal as I didn’t even realize there was a new one, had already submitted before I stumbled on that info……So I guess both the old and new portal still works but just depends on individual case. This is like 3 months timeline from application to ppr request. I wish y’all the best, may this also be your portion IJN, shalom |
