Since when does asking someone to "come let's hang-out" or "come and let's have a good time" become sexual assualt? If that was sexual assualt, it means every man or woman who had asked an opposite sex out had sexually assualted that person.

Akpabio asked and she claimed to have declined, without any threat nor favours been made two years ago, and suddenly, after two years, you are screaming sexual assualt due to an unruling behaviour that is been addressed. Has anyone seen the video where she was seductively responding to her been cautioned at the senate?

Do you guys understand what it will mean when a woman or man can just wake up and scream that he or she was sexually assualted or harassed without an iota of evidence or prove and the next thing is to call for the acussed to step down or resign? Enemies and opposition will latch on this and create chaos by setting foes and friends alike up with sexual assualt.

At the very minimum, provide evidence that could be investigated, text, emails, recordings from calls or a 3rd party willing to testify as a witness.

For anything, I do not like that fellow called Akpabio, he is uncut, uncivilised and very crued as a man, but do you want to set precendent that would create an unsafe enviroment for everyone, where anyone can wake up and shout, he or she harassed me by asking me out? or asking to come for a good time without any evidence to back up that claim?
