A Nigerian lady recently got into serious fight with her boyfriend in Makurdi, after he allegedly duped her of N300,000.

According to reports flying around, the lady borrowed him N300,000 only to find out that he spent the money flexing with other girls in the hood.




The angry lady accosted him on the road over the money and they both ended up exchanging insults and blows.

A video which is going viral captured the moment the lady told her boyfriend to either give her back her money or kill her.

“Either you give me my money or you kill me today”, the lady said.

Nigerian Doctor Shows Off His Incredible "Legwork" Dancing Skills
A Nigerian doctor has shown off his incredible dance moves in a new video which just surfaced on social media.

The now viral video shows the Nigerian doctor setting the stage on fire with his leg work dancing steps before returning to his duty.

The doctor was spotted tapping his feet on the floor effortlessly, adding a swagger to it, and displaying animated and comical looks on his face.



The popularity of this dance has been pushed by social media videos and Youtube competitions that have poured in endlessly in the space of a few years.

THE Reddington Multi-specialist Hospital, Lagos has announced a successful complex heart surgery involving a Coronary Artery Bypass Graft and Mitral Valve repair in a 66 year old man, Mr. Oluwatoyin Adebiyi. The surgery was performed by the new Tristate Reddington Cardiac programme led by Consultant Interventional Cardiologist Prof. Kamar Adeleke and Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon, Dr. Michael Sanusi.

According to the Group Medical Director of Reddington Hospital, Dr. Olutunde Lalude, this involved temporarily stopping the heart to carry out the procedures by first, putting the patient on a heart lung machine. Thereafter the heart was opened and the malfunctioning Mitral valve was repaired. In addition, the three blocked vessels supplying blood to the heart of the patient were bypassed and the blood flow was restored. The heart was then successfully re-started.

At a media briefing in Lagos to announce this feat Dr. Lalude said the patient’s recovery was almost instant, as he started talking, eating and drinking less than 24 hours after the surgery.

“The complex surgery performed by a 19-man team of Nigerian specialists demonstrates our ability to expand the range of what is possible in Nigeria, particularly at this time when access to overseas medical travel has been restricted,” said Lalude.

He said but for the Covid-19 pandemic, which has restricted air travel, the patient would have probably chosen to do the complex surgery abroad where he will spend thousands of dollars encouraging capital flight.

Head of the surgical team, Prof. Kamar Adeleke, said the COVID-19 pandemic had shown that every country needed to look inward for solutions, adding that with borders closed, the Tristate Reddington Cardic Programme is ready to offer treatments to complex heart issues, as it has a duty to help Nigerians with such conditions.

The leader of the Proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, Tuesday took a swipe at the Nigerian government, saying that the government visits his facebook page to get free education.
The IPOB leader and Director of Radio Biafra, therefore, said that very soon he will start charging Nigerian government for receiving free education from his page.
He equally faulted the announcement made by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, Boss Mustapha, on Covid-19, saying that the announcement was supposed to be made by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.

The District Head of Batsari in Katsina, Alhaji Tukur Mu’azu, says his subjects will prefer to die from coronavirus than being killed by rampaging bandits.
He said this while lamenting the recent wave of gruesome attacks on villagers in several communities at Ruma and Batsari Local Government Areas (LGAs).

In a video obtained by PRNigeria, Mu’azu, who holds the traditional title of Sarkin Ruma Katsina, regretted the rising insecurity in Katsina.

Katsina is the home state of President Muhammadu Buhari.

Mu’azu said:

“My people will prefer to die from coronavirus infection, not from these senseless killings. So far, the deadly pandemic has not claimed any life in Batsari and other neighboring Local Government Areas (LGAs), but the bandits have killed scores of harmless villagers and residents. So, what are we saying?”

On the recent attacks on old and new Ruma, the District Head told PRNigeria on the phone at the weekend, that the criminals invaded over 10 communities and killed many Nigerians.

He further recalled that the attackers stole cattle and other animals.

“The bandits always scatter themselves. Hence, security personnel find it difficult sometimes to contain the attacks.

However, we are still calling on the Federal Government to deploy more soldiers, mobile policemen and fighter helicopters to Katsina.

Let them comb all the forests and eliminate these bandits,” the traditional leader appealed.

Madagascar has recorded its first coronavirus death, local media reported on Sunday.

The case is a 57-year-old man, a parking lot security officer at a hospital in the city of Toamasina, according to local daily L'Express de Madagascar.

The Indian Ocean island also reported 21 new cases, bringing the total number of cases to 304, according to Express.

The first death comes weeks after the country's President Andry Rajoelina launched Covid Organics (CVO), an organic herbal drink he claims can prevent or cure coronavirus patients.

The World Health Organization (WHO) had warned against the use of CVO without any medical supervision and cautioned against self-medication.

The WHO on Thursday said it is in touch with Madagascar over its herbal drink.

''We have offered to support the design of a study to look into this product [Covid Organics],'' Matshidiso Moeti, the regional director of WHO office in Africa, told a media briefing.

Since the virus emerged in Wuhan, China last December, it has spread to 188 countries and regions.

The global death toll from the novel coronavirus has exceeded 312,200, with more than 4.65 million confirmed cases and recoveries have surpassed 1.7 million, according to a running tally by US-based Johns Hopkins University.

Members of Nigeria’s House of Representatives have urged government to urgently begin the evacuation process of all Nigerians, who have tested negative to COVID-19 in China and are willing to return home.

Spokesperson for the House, Benjamin Kalu, and nine others successful moved this motion at the resumed plenary on Tuesday.

The resolution was raised in line with the mandate of Section 14(2)(b) of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (As Amended), to take actions to ensure the safety and welfare of Nigerians in China.

The lawmakers unanimously resolved to investigate the validity of all immigration documents of every Chinese person and the expatriate quota of all their businesses in Nigeria to ascertain the number of illegal and undocumented immigrants with the view to repatriating them to China.

A Florida man who was arrested for possession of guns allegedly tried to blame a weapons bust on John Wick, the famous assassin played by Keanu Reeves in the popular film franchise.

Police confronted Getro Gelin, 27, at his Port St. Lucie home Sunday after a woman told police he shoved her to the ground and threatened her with a firearm, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by The Smoking Gun.
