The reason you can’t seem to find love is because God is protecting other people from you. You’re the real problem. The most annoying part is that you keep saying “communication is the key,” yet you can go silent for 2–5 business days like you’re running a bank. How do you expect someone to build with you when you disappear without a word? Love requires consistency, not just empty words.

Normally, this is every 2 years subject to a good appraisal. That is for junior to mid level employees. Senior employees from managers, i think it is 5 years. i am not really sure though.

Hi boss please l wrote the bank assessment recently, l got to stage two, which is integrity profile test, may l know what is the next stage and thank you so much l followed up on your responses on this thread and it's been insightful, however I want to know if l would be asked a salary l'm willing to accept or l'd simply be given an offer, if l'd be asked, what range can l state as l do not know the exact role l'd be doing and its not stated whether its a GT role or entry level, l want to be clear on the salary please, thank you sir.

I don't quite understand what you mean by education allowance though but Stanbic pays bursary.

If you get an admission, you can engage your Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP), submit some required documents and Stanbic will pay 80% of the fees until you are done with your program. This admission is ANY school of your choice.

Unfortunately your relationship is too young to qualify as Dependant partner

It has to be a relationship of minimum 2years

You will need to provide certain evidence to show you have been together randomly selected for over 2years

So it could be bills, bank statement, investments, tenancy agreement etc

UKVI will verify what needs verification and they know how to do so
