VDM needs to thread with caution. Those soldiers are from the guards brigade Abuja. They generally don't look too fondly upon protests like this. As much as VDM has a constitutionally guaranteed right to protest, he can't prevent hoodlums from taking advantage of the march to cause mischief.
While I share his sentiments that Tinubu must not continue to be Nigeria's president, the only acceptable way to enforce this change remains at the ballot box.

VDM should walk his talk and advocate for as many who feel the same way he does, to ensure that they have their PVC and must vote! It is a certainty that practically everyone who is marching with him as seen in this video, do not have their voters card or are even inclined to vote. That is where he should channel his energy on.

This type of thinking and spirit is why situations like this persist.
If you can't do it, allow those doing it.
