i do not think this is spiritual as others are insinuating.
in your statement, you wrote,"i notice that i was feeling cold"
u see you have to learn to wake up when you feel like you want to pee.
this could be hard but that's the starting point.
also, avoid sleeping in a sort of naked way.
always remain warm when in bed,i know this is tough.
trust me, if one is very cold while asleep,i think the body wouldn't function properly to tell brain to wake up and go to toilet.
u know what i mean.
see, it's when the body is fully functional that it sends a message or message(s) to the required systems to enable them function well.
in your case, you are very cold when asleep, your system is not responding as a result, hence, you will end up bed wetting.
follow my advices and see changes for yourself.
be calm. hey you can always talk to me.
i know how you feeling and what you are passing through.
very unfortunate that your boyfriend left you as a result of this.
he should have helped you out or be of help.
i know it's tough to cope with but he should have be with you to resolve the mess.

hey guys, with reference to my post "M_o_R (Management Of Risk) Foundation Certification Sample Questions", i just want to say that i would no longer require any sample questions of the aforementioned exam even though i couldn't get one via this forum before i did the exam. This is because, i have passed my M_o_R Exam.
