Maybe someone ignited the fire because the roof of the mall is not real brown.
Just look at the roof, the owner tricked the people by putting a semi brown roof instead of the original rusty zinc Ibadan is known for.

I don't mean to offend anyone but this is the only reasonable explanation here.
