These NCS people are not fools, they'll probably only switched on the phone if there's any important notice to pass across. And before I forget, I sent a DM to senator Francis on Facebook and he replied with "noted"....... I sent the message that was compiled here.

I recall that the team of customs management officers that were at the budget defense before the Senate committee on customs claimed that it is the restriction on large gatherings holding back the process.

However, the PTF on COVID-19 has today announced that supervised exercises in public parks is now permitted. Coupled with the NCS PROs recent comments regarding the process, I believe we can look forward to the list coming out before the end of this month.
