It is not yet for sale. Tecno said it will be from the ending of this month. I'll prefer yhr Spark plus too but I'm smitten by the design of the Spark.

Many phones under 40k and still making sense. For me, I'll lean towards Motorola C, but The newly launched Tecno Spark will foot my bill for a budget device. Sleek!
