Thanks...I submitted her application June 15th this year...she did her biometrics June 24th....Biometrics was updated on her account August 26th and then silence.
The passport request letter was sent on 23rd of December

My mum just got passport request letter for her visitor's visa. Pls I would like to verify what she needs to send alongside her passport and if she'll be paying any extra fees. She did her biometrics in Vfs Lagos. Thank you

1. A lot of Youtubers created video content explaining how to apply for visitor visa via the new IRCC portal when this was launched by IRCC last year, you can have a peep on YouTube but see if the below link helps:

2. See below required documents for visit visas on the link below. I choose that your mum will spend beyond 6 months, you can also select that she will spend below 6 months if that is her plan. Either ways populates the required documentations.
