No, you don't have to send those documents by courier. all my documents [including school's transcript] were uploaded to their email, and ICES acknowledged receipt last week.
For clarity, school also uploaded my transcript to ICES' email.

Please how did you go about the your transcript being sent online? Did you pay for the soft copy (through email), and how did you give ICES email to Unilag?

if you are going in person it shouldn't exceed 7k and can be as low as 4k....depending on negotiating strength

I went to him so i used the actual forms, but for spouse it was scanned to A4 size and we used it like that.
I'm guessing he'll scan the PCC ans fingerprint form back to you
