As for the dollar denominated card, you can't withdraw the dollar. You can only use it to shop online or do other things but can't be withdraw

Barely spent 10 mins at the bank this morning and I'm all set. It's an exclusive card with specs, you get a $3000 monthly limit but you get debited 6k for monthly maintenance I think. You need two references using current account also.

I'm yet to figure out how to buy and fund usdt with the card tho.

I went to the bank today also. It seems the staff does not know anything about the card and how it operates. They were even unaware of the $100 limit on the normal savings account card. I was dumbfounded, I had to excuse myself.

Please shed more light on your own encounter, it seems you met the right customer support.
