Please house, � how can I submit my New Zealand application visa online or through Vfs and again do they issue Nigerian visa.

Please I want you guys to help me out,
Yesterday I got a message from the embassy that my appointment time has been rescheduled but still on the same day only the time was changed and interview is next week.
Please Any help.
Why did they change my time?
