Well, The coach should take all the blame as he has been riding on some luck with that formation and tactics. The naira value can be changed if we become an exporter of manufactured goods and services.

Right now, the value of the naira is dependent on the price OPEC and other people set for oil...which accounts for 80% of our forex earnings.

If the revolution guarantees an economy that would be a manufacturer of industrial goods for export, I am all for it.

FYI, it is not only the 36 states' assembly that make input. It encompasses everybody - - NGOs, religious bodies, civil societies, professionals, traditional institutions and many others. You can take a cue from the recent electoral amendment bill - - My organisation was part of that process and we made our inputs despite the fact that we are apolitical.

Your argument sounds too flimsy to me. Jonathan's report can also be presented to the national assembly by the presidency. You can't abandon a report put together by participants from all parts of the country for a so-called report put together by El Rufai and his ilks.

Is it out of a caring heart for his community or constituency, someone will use millions to buy a nomination form,spend millions to become party flag bearer and get to spend more on final election,tribunal etc.to become duly elected

Nigeria politics is structured as an high risk investment that is very rewarding if you finally have a seat at the table

And then they find it difficult to pay loans , hence the lender taking over.

But because of sub economic tarrifs, the companies cannot make a profit. So despite the new management, the companies lose money


Moral of the story is electricity is not cheap. It has to be priced appropriately to make a profit.

After the general elections, governorship elections took place in three states November 11th last year and governorship elections will take place in Edo and Ondo States this year. PDP won one state in November, APC won one clearly while SDP arguably won one (believing they'd retrieve their Kogi Yahaya Bello sponsored stolen mandate in court). How many votes did Labour Party garner across the three states? Did they come second in any? How are they then the main opposition party? I'd rather say Labour Party is a quadrennial - if not even an end of the year - party.

No politician has done more for his or her constituency like Gbaja, Surulere is arguably the best place to live in Lagos,in terms of good road network,light,water and other basic amenities...

I've never benefited from any politicians but let give kudos to who deserves it,This man really tried,I was surprised when I get to Lagos recently,all those low cost housing estate have been renovated and painted by him . like I always envisaged.

It's often being paraded by APC apologists that the reason Tinubu floated the Naira is because the government spends $2bn monthly to defend the Naira. If that's the case,so we just waited for months to get a loan for one month intervention and we're celebrating it now as if we won a lottery ticket.


When you hear the explanations from APC apologists and try to make sense of it with reality, you begin to wonder why we should be going to school at all. Because it's almost as if we don't learn anything.

TSA account by Buhari and how it saved trillions also comes to mind. ASUU had to go on strike for this particular issue but eventually,it had no impact on corruption fight and insecurity (which are the advertised gains)
