it appears too me that you are a rookie to android with your what u just said use gionee amigo 2 and use amigo 3.1 or use tecno stock os and use hios then you will know the difference

Lollipop x marshmallow update is the best thing that happen to android os extra smooth and sleek design too bad tecno doesnt give OTA to many of their phones

Its an mtn smart mini s730 running on android 5.1 ROM
I used an app to install the xposed forgotten the app
It caused a bootloop , couldn't use cwm recovery cos I couldn't find a sensible guide on how to install it without PC

hmm i will advice you to goto xposed installer website and download latest xposed version then install it

after that open the app you will see install above modules menu then install it, it will request for soft reboot after that xposed should run fine...

if you still get brick flash the xposed disabler but am sure this time around it will be a great success

I tried installing xposed installer on my android 5.1 device and ended up with a brutal battery draining bootloop
Had to flash the custom ROM before it could work again
pls which other way can I get this xposed installer without entering a boot loop again...really need the app
My device is rooted though

Please what device is that? please be specific and what method did u use to install the exposed ie. through custom recovery or through app

and which rom are you currently on...

sorry for much questions i just want to debug the problem faster

Gionee p5w, Tecno L5 and M5mini ain't mtk6735 devices. They are mtk6580 devices rather. I don't know about other devices you mentioned but I'm damn sure about these three devices I mentioned. Nice thread btw

i culled out their mtk socs from some of their thread here on nairaland and some website sorry for false info

i even noticed it on p5w when i used a porting tool it showed mt6580 but i was kind of confused

Yea its a custom rom just like having a kitkat rom installed on a kitkat based device its just requires extraction of the stock files for porting

Sometimes i wonder why all the struggles in this life, life in our beloved country seems very unfair. Some citizens are just very fortunate and while many are very unfortunate.

In Nigeria we struggle for everything there is nothing gotten easily. towards the end of college you write over 5 exams just to progress into higher institution. sometimes after all this exams there is no luck towards admission you have to wait and extra year before baba God shine his light on you.

After over 4 years of persistance and stablity to graduate from higher institution depending on what u studied, you serve our country for 1yr. after all this struggles, you find it hard too get a job or get reasonable/decent job and sometimes many of us that even have jobs don't have jobs based on our fields.

what is really the problem of this country
is it bad government or is it that God have forsaken us cause since i became enlighten in our country i haven't seen any Time this country ever flowed with milk and honey instead it's becoming worst.
