Politics / Go Get Your PVC! Don't Just Be Social Media Advocate. Make The Change With Your by Benemeka2015(m): 4:28pm On Jan 16, 2018
We await a new Nigeria, what will you do for a real democracy? It's just a year from now. Let's make Nigeria great again. .
.
2019 is not far. .
.
.
We are RUNNING for a new Nigeria
.
.
If you choose to say nothing about injustice and corruption, you are fighting against the expression of democracy. Am joining the change not the promised one but a new Nigeria, am joining and Who's joining the Movement?
.
.
We are awaiting the new Nigeria, would rather we make Nigeria great again or would keep blaming the government when you have the right in making your country great again. .
.
The last election statistics shows that about 43.6% of the total population of 67.4million who was fully registered about 29.4million voted which means above 30million Nigerians sat at home to watch the outcome of the election. Compare this range to 2011 which is about 53% of vote casted. We can stop all these promises from those only running for office without any goals or dream for a new Nigeria. .
.
Guess what we can still do something come 2019 you and I have the power if you don't have your PVC just go get because with that you can make that change. Don't use only your social media to make the change use your PVC. .
.
God bless us, God bless Nigeria and God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria. .

Education / Calling On The Attentions Of Anambra State Governor And The VC, Unizik by Benemeka2015(m): 7:23pm On Aug 05, 2016
calling on the attention of Anambra State Governor and Unizik Vc

I tell people the basic things every individual needs aside envy, greedy and pride is Food, Opportunity to investment, good road and electricity, then he may survive. its been years the road of a particular area which is solely the main source of entrance for the students to pass in Anambra, Awka is the IFITE road leading to Nnamdi Azikiwe University back gate, for more than 4years the students have been crying to the government of Anambra state and most especially the drivers who through this road feeds almost there relations from the revenue gotten as bus drivers.

vividly I recalled 5years ago how fairly the road was when I schooled in Unizik today that road is so bad...recently they now carry 80, 100 depending n your destinations while bikes now carry 200, 400, 150 depending on your destination. I am calling on the attention of the Governor who has been doing well on the area of security, and other aspect knowing fully that election is next year and also the Vice Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, knowing fully that this students are going through a lot by paying too much just to board buses going to school. as at 2010, 2011, 2012 buses from Unizik junction was #30 as the road starts getting bad it increases.

please our amiable Governor, and Vc too good heads are better than 50 preparing or bad heads. the students are calling on you now to help do the road and power supply to in tempt site are not left out.

from a passionate fellow who loves good leadership

Education / My Cry For Some CBT And Jamb Center. Frustrating Nigeria Students by Benemeka2015(m): 3:00am On Mar 03, 2016
My Cry for the Disabilities of some CBT, JAMB centers in Nigeria.

Jamb should be scraped or not...this same jamb kept
some people at home for some 10years and others 4years for me all thanks to God for direct entry, this 2016 is the indeed the most frustrating one , in delta state some students couldn't write the exams because of the disabilities of some center, the Jamb registrar and minister shouldn't just focus on visiting abuja but the should go round just look at the way students are failing jamb because of poor way of conducting the CBT, in most cases the system breaks down in the middle of the exam leaving the candidates
helpless like I early said...I 've said it before and i'd repeat it again, if Nigeria is not ready for CBT, they
should scrap jamb, perhaps any student that wants
admission should go to the institution of his or
her choice and obtain their institutional form, write
their entry exam, if he or she passes then the
school should admit the person, if he or she fails,
the student should wait for next year, or better still
apply for supplementary in that same school. I am concerned about the crying students whom my eyes can stop crying for after reading for months, coming to there center they were left helpless after frustration in the hall of internet logging off or generator set spoiling. a philosopher said start small but don't remain small. the only way to go further aside the revenue generated by the federal government, like I will say a nation whose educational statue is in the shadow of the breeze can not excel, when the needs of people is no longer looked upon. most nation fails not because experts are not there, they fail because they are money conscious.

I will be most grateful, like in the book Rich Dad, poor dad will teach going to school is good but get a skill, be innovative, create jobs I think the almost 2million applicant about 80% would want to create wealth and imagine if you keep frustrating those individuals yearly, how would the world or Nigeria be? its a food for thoughts, Federal government, senate, as the proposed 2500 sales of jamb forms it shouldn't end there, Our dilapidated education and tuition fees and other international and Nysc wages should be looked upon...I love Nigeria.

God bless you

Career / Goals And Dreams Are Genuine, Why Generalizations by Benemeka2015(m): 10:33pm On Oct 09, 2015
Goals and Dreams are genuine, why generalizations

Avoid negative generalizations.

Negative generalizations about life can really wreck your outlook.
If you for example run into an obstacle or problem then the negative thinker may generalize this as something that is just there and will continue to stay there. While the optimistic thinker views the obstacle as something temporary that can be overcome by taking action (even if that also means failing and learning a few things along the way).

If the negative thinker runs in criticism then s/he may generalize this as something personal, like the other person is out to get him/her and that s/he is somehow a bad or generally an incompetent person just because this piece of criticism.
The optimistic thinker on the other hand will keep some distance to the criticism. S/he thinks that the piece of criticism may be valid for this area of life rather than saying something about everything (if the criticism is about not being on time for meetings at work then that is the issue that needs to be corrected, it does not mean a bad performance in all areas of that job).
The optimistic thinker also keeps in mind that criticism may sometimes not be valid but will arise because the other person has had a bad day, is irritated about something else or hates some part of his or her own life.
Shape the input.

If you let pessimistic and negative thinking into your mind then it will be pretty much impossible to stay optimistic about life.
So shape the input. Take a closer look at what movies, TV, news, books and music you consume and how they affect you. Look at how the people closer to you too such as friends and family affect your thoughts. Then take action to reduce or cut out the most negative sources as best you can and replace that void in your life with more time with the positive influences. What you do early in the day often sets the context for that day. A good start leads to good day and a bad start to a bad day.

Some suggestions that will help you to set the positive context for the day:
• Spend a few minutes in the morning on thinking about what you want and your goals. This sends you off to highly motivated and focused day.
• Spend a few minutes being grateful for what you got. This sets you up for a positive mood throughout the day.
• Exercise. This will help you release inner tensions and worry and fill the space they occupied within you with new energy.
• Do the most important thing first. This is how I start my day. Today I woke up and did my usual morning ritual that ends with doing the most important thing on my to-do list. And so I started to write this article. This not only makes sure that the most important thing gets done each day. It also makes me feel good about myself and makes the rest of the to-do list feel lighter to move through.
• Get a mentor like me, who is mentored by Rev Adeyemi, Pastor Tola seedy and Pastor Kenny Folarin...you know i can mentor you too

Career / You Are Not Paid To Dream, Dream Are Lives by Benemeka2015(m): 8:05pm On Oct 09, 2015
You are not paid to dream. Believe In yourself
Life’s problems wouldn’t be called hurdles if there wasn’t a way to get over them - Author Unknown

There are no failures in life, just results. Life begins at the end of your comfort zone according to Neale Donald Walsch.

Your ability is what you're capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do, through your ability; your attitude determines how well you do it. "A great attitude becomes a great day, which becomes a great month, which becomes a great year, which becomes a great life. Which also determines and our dreams into our reality. All our dreams can come true- if we have the courage to pursue them. "Always be a first-rate version of yourself, instead of a second-rate version of somebody else, Always dream and shoot higher than you know you can do. Don't bother just to be better than your contemporaries or predecessors. Try to be better than yourself Always dream and shoot higher than you know you can do. You're braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think a man is but of product of his thought. What he thinks he becomes and his will to succeed anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new. Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new a person will only leave their comfort zone once they decide that magic and adventure outweigh complete certainty and security a problem is a chance for you to do your best strong positive mental attitude will create more miracles than any wonder beautiful pictures are developed from negatives in a dark room. So if you see darkness in your life be reassured that a beautiful picture is being prepared Change brings opportunity "Confidence is contagious. So is lack of confidence. Courage is very important. Like a muscle, it is strengthened by use. Don't be afraid to be amazing don't be afraid to give your best to what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened.

You are not paid to dream. The will of chasing your dreams, what makes you outstanding is how strong you stand in taking decision not looking at what people say

Don't give up believe in yourself, no matter how small it is the power of believing is better than all thoughts. Don't let your fear of what could happen make nothing happen don't lower your expectations to meet your performance. Raise your level of performance to meet your expectations. Expect the best of yourself, and then do what is necessary to make it a reality. Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon. Dreams come in size too big so that we can grow into them, just as when i was much younger, had wanted to become everything that i hear about, maybe it was because of the curiosity in every child. Imaginations or thought are first seen inside before it becomes a reality, just as my mentor pastor Sam Adeyemi who within saw himself pasturing over a million, not just that saw himself impacting both Nigerians and other parts of the world. If you cannot dream seeing yourself afar, you can’t achieve such dream which is within. Our world is too large but has nothing to offer, we are meant to achieve such dreams either by becoming a doctor, a lawyer, an accountant, some have the gift solving problems, let the wishes of the heart come from God with that you will surely succeed in all having in mind that wishes is so easy to be thought about but our attitude towards achieving it has basically become the issues at hand now, our thoughts are lives, they make you good or bad, worst or better, successful or failure. Your energy and persistence in pursuing your dreams conquers everything.

Start every moment of your day, with a hope of overcoming your daily failures, fears and challenges that faces your dreams, having in mind that every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world. Everyone has inside of him a piece of good news and bad news, whichever one you choose is your choice. The good news is that you don't know how great you can be! How much you can love! What you can accomplish! And what your potential is mind, your excellence is not a skill. It is an attitude, the way you carry it really matters, knowing that choice is our daily food whichever the birds can’t live without. Far and away the best prize that life offers is the chance to work hard at work worth doing. In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity in order to be big, you have to think big if you think small, you're going to be small."
