If all of southeast is just about the size of oyo state in the SW..is it not logical to expect that the percentage of built up area will be more concentrated in the SE and hence higher?

NC, NE, and NW have the largest land area in Nigeria, such that even if they have a similar volume of built up area as the SE, there percentage built up area will be significantly lesser than that of the SE.

Satistics is a neutral tool and any fool can make it say anything as we have seen a lot do by coming up with statistics to show that they are better than others everyday on Nairaland.

We can definitely identify the region that is suffering from inferiority complex and must show us everyday that their penile length is longer than other regions'.

If lagos has 20% as indigenous population, it doesn't mean that 80% of lagosians are living outside their state, it only means that the population of non indigenes is 4x the population of indigenes, thus 90% of lagosians could still be living in lagos, this can also be atributed to other southwest states too, thus southwest states host more non indigenes than northwest and southeast states excluding anambara.
In conclusion, the states with higher % of non indigenes is more condusive foreigners
