To my knowledge I think B1/B2 is a Tourist/business visa, if you need to apply for a visa in Italy, you must come back to Nigeria to do that, u can't apply from USA, because you don't have stay permit. Come back to Nigeria and start as soon as possible. It's will take you up to a month for them to release your visa.

With a schengen visa, you can enter/visit about 26 European Countries without worries. But if you're talking of settling down, I'll advise you go for Germany, cos they have a very good economy and the standard of living is low. Plus most of them speak English as well.

Thanks just going there for a tourism. I will be visit Spain,to watch barca match and I will visit Italy to visit Rome. I will visit France to see the beauty of Paris. Just need to know the best county I can apply through which will be easy for me to get the visa. Thanks

All you need is Book a Paid Hotel or Accomodation. Make sure u have your yellow Card. They will ask for BTA in Nigeria not in south africa

Yes you can get Western union and moneygram at Benin Republic better than Naija Rate.
