Nigeria is funny. How can a Governor 'freeze' bank accounts? or better yet a Governor-elect. What power does he have? Are these banks state owned? But even if, why should they have concerns with other peoples account if they haven't been found guilty of any crimes which would warrant accounts being frozen??
