Have you tried using the same Hotspot you used when setting it up?
If you ask me, I'll suggest you do a factory reset. Hand start the phone afresh. Of cause, you'll lose your files. Perhaps something was tampered with while setting up the device. The wifi is in good other and not a manufacturing issues since you uses it while setting it up.

nah,I did the setting up from the dude I bought my sim from.i will try to connect with another hotspot before considering
the factory setting option.

I'll suggest you try hosting hot spot from. A phone, and then you search for that hot spot using your A20. And when doing this, get a third phone you also use as a "control experiment". If the other phone detects the hot spot and yours doesn't,, then truly your device has issues. You might have to co tact the vendor you got it from or Samsung support. You can also Google the error message.
By the way, what error message is it displaying?

It doesn't display any error messages.its just like scanning without result,although I ve used a normal phone hotspot during configuration.

Spitting every now and then.
The test was throat swab at the laboratory.
The result was nil after three days.

Besides, was any form of test done to show for it or any other complaint?

Suffered? Normal irritation in my throat,but it became a concern after it's refusal to go away.I did a laboratory test yet the result was nil.also some sti/std with the same result. Before I had the consultation with the ent doctor.
