The past influences the future so one could argue karma is real. But to what extent? That's the question

Karma is very very real. Whatever action anybody takes he or she will reap the rewards to the last kobo with interest added. Due to the fact that there is a delay before the consequences kick in, people think that it is just bad luck that is pursuing them.
I took my time to study the law of Karma and noted the way it operates that is why I don't need anyone to remind me to treat life kindly

With practice and patience, I've been able to soul travel twice this year.
But I have few challenges/questions

Congratulations. What you have achieved is not a mean feat at all.

Firstly, I've not been able to control when it happens. it just happens Unexpectedly and mostly when I'm feeling sleepy.

In the beginning, the experience comes when you are most relaxed which is at the time you are feeling sleepy. This is to eliminate the grip of the mind which throws up fear which will of course prevent the experience from continuing

Secondly, when I start feeling chilling/vibrating/sinking
What can I do or say at that moment to facilitate it.

Nothing. Just relax and flow with the experience.

Thirdly, my first soul travel that happened accidentally many years back I say a glorious person standing/waiting whether to talk to me, I can't say. Whom you called the mahanta. Even though I can't see his face. It's covered with a great light.
But this time around I can't see any body.

The Mahanta is with all souls and his job is to take all ready souls back to God. It is always a great blessing to have the Mahanta appearing in your inner experience. The inner communication needs no words. The living word current flows directly from the Mahanta to Soul giving all the love and guidance needed

Lastly, what is the best word to say for your guide to appear. Can someone also call for his higher self

The starting point is the HU. Any other word given to you will be done by your guide in the inner and will be meant for your personal use only.
There is no other higher self apart from you Soul. You are Soul a high spiritual being living in the lower worlds in order to have experiences to enable you become a Coworker with God

Karma knows everyone's address.
Even death is not an escape from karma.
The law of Karma will bring you back through reincarnation to reap what you did in your past life. That is why it seems that this life is imbalanced with some children born blind or deaf at birth.

Instead of talking about all we know, at times it pays to just listen. Listen to the people around you. If someone’s telling you something spiritual and positive, this is from the Voice of God.

Things that are negative and destructive to you are from the negative side. Do not do them—no matter how spiritual the person is who says to.
