So how do I ask for help. When in the inner world. What do I say

Ask for the inner master to come and teach you.
Before you even go into the inner world set the tone first by in contemplation sending a silent request to the inner master to met with you in the inner and teach you.

As above so below and as below so above.
Observe where you go to when you dream. That's where you most likely will end up when you die. Sleep is temporary death with temporary visits to the inner plane. Death is final visa to remain in the inner planes until reincarnation brings you back for another round.

Good evening

I was in the inner world recently. So I suddenly remembered to sing the hu just like you said.

I have never tried saying anything. I just observe and leave.

But this time I tried to sing the hu in order to be guided to the higher planes.
But I was unable to say anything. Like something was preventing me from speaking, I tried but still can't.

Pls what force is at work here.

Getting into the inner world on its own is major challenges and just wasting it just like that.

You can not force spiritual growth. It comes to you according to what you can cope with so as not to throw you off balance.
Singing HU in the inner planes generates a high vortex of spiritual energy and you need to have an adequate spiritual strength to contain it.
You will not be allowed to go through an experience you are not yet ready for.
