@Op, what or is there a difference between OBE, Astral travel and Soul travel?

OBE covers all experiences that takes you beyond the physical consciousness and includes astral and soul travel.

Astral Travel is the process that involves soul slipping out of the physical wearing the astral body and exploring the astral and physical planes. Astral travel is limited to the astral and physical plane. It is unnatural and exposes the individual to danger while out of the physical body.

Soul travel involves the expansion of souls awareness to other planes of existence while still retaining full consciousness of the physical body. That means someone can be chatting with another person and be soul traveling at the same time. With soul travel there is no limitations as soul can be aware of what is happening in many planes of God at the same time without leaving the physical body. It is a very natural process as it uses one of the aspects of soul which It shares with God which is being omnipresent .

The path of Eckankar offers each of us the opportunity to open our consciousness and our hearts to greater awareness, to become the Golden Heart.

How does an Eckist define love? What do you think about atheists and atheism generally?

For me Love is that force that strengthens me and enables me to see all souls as my brothers and sisters and enables me to serve them without discrimination.

For me again atheists are fellow souls who are trying to make sense out of the nonsense presented to them as the meaning and purpose of life by the different religions.

I have no qualms with atheism as I once earlier said that considering what I experienced amongst the different religions considering the way they present their religions, I would have been an atheist if I didn't discover ECKANKAR.

ECKANKAR gave me the personal proof I needed about the reality of God and the spiritual realms. Why I don't bother anymore about anyone's belief or unbelief about God is because I now know for a fact , that once you drop the physical body all the illusions clears and you come face to face with one great truth. This is a process every soul will pass through and your religion or lack of it does not really matter to God.

Truth brings divine love. The reason for war, theft, lies, and other natural traits of humans is that no religion can drive love into anyone’s heart.
When God’s love enters the heart, only then can a change for the better occur.

No. It is a Religion on its own. The Religion of the Light and Sound of God.

No. what people don't understand, they fear and they call it names. But those who are in it know that it is a religion that teaches you to love and serve all life.

You are living the spiritual life when you conduct yourself and your business in the name of Divine Spirit. You touch many Souls during the course of the business day. Although you may never say one word openly to your customers, Divine Spirit touches all whom you meet, in some manner or another.

mr benodic sir... i really appreciate your work and i find it inspiring.. i have a question

something happened to me this year... and more often in the last few months..
like about 6 or 7 times, when i sleep... i seem to be drifting away into a plane.. i don't understand it... its more like I'm sinking into the ground.. I'll just like sink then after that, I'll wake up...i dunno wat it signifies... please can you tell me?

what you are experiencing is your gradual awakening to your astral body which is embedded in the physical body. once the physical body sleeps, soul wearing the astral body usually slips out of the physical body to explore the astral plane and in the morning it slips back into the physical body. the memory of your visit to the astral plane is what you call dreams.

as soul starts awakening it starts becoming conscious of this movement.
there is nothing to be afraid of. flow with the experience.

We are required spiritually to act with the greatest degree of responsibility both to ourselves and to others. This is what it means to be part of the community of Spirit, of the ECK—to be part of the cosmic system of life.
