I have used mine for 10 years.

Only few cars can match that machine.

You sure this is direct Belgium or Nigeria used? Because I am 99.9% SURE it is NOT DIRECT BELGIUM

If you are very sure it is direct Belgium then does it have original custom papers?

This looks like V6

Do a complete check on the VIN and thank me later

Just this morning here in Abuja, soneone came all the way from lagos to buy this same 2008 Naija used for 1.8 first body, nothing to fix not even Tyre ( meaning it has no second hand value expecially the v6

ABORT THIS MISSION NOW

A word is enough for the wise
It's your confidence for me, you haven't seen the car but you've concluded it's not direct Belgium

Also, except that car was sold for scrap, it's ridiculous that the car was sold for 1.8m..the 9ja used cost about 5M at least

truthfulness:
It's a bit pricey because you will have one or two things to still do inside.
If you have checked everything and its okay for you, then take it to 7.5m or max 8m. Also check the tires expiry date since its tokunbo, so u know u dont have to purchase tire after u get the car. If the tire is above 5 years already, dont pay more than 7.5m for it.
How do I check the tire expiry?

If it is tokumbo, it's a good buy at that amount.

But if it's naija used, 4 mill I no buy.

What Do You Believe to be True?

Understand that perception of the truth doesn’t always mean the
truth.

Be open to taking a contrarian view on the market and be
open to questioning everything you ever thought you knew.

Your current beliefs and your current way of doing things will only
get you more of what you have now. If you want change it takes
change to get it and if you want to change the world or change
your market you had better start by changing yourself first.

Ask yourself this everyday: What is something you believe to be
true that nobody else agrees with you on?

BusinessMind Reset: Understanding The Keys To Unlocking The Scarcity Mindset. by benstuber(op):
I'll make this Quick.

A lot of people, they think, "How do you create value? How do you go out into the world and make money?"

Let's say I'm in a poor situation right now, I'm broke, I'm living at home with my parents and I don't know much. I don't feel like I know anything. Okay, how do you go from that position where you are now to someone who does know something and being someone who can make money?

That's what we're going to talk about with this equation. This is a very important lesson, so let's jump to it.

I know this might seem way too simple to even be of value, but this really is it. Most people think we've overcomplicated everything. This really is the governing formula of all evolution and all existence. It can be reduced to a simple equation like this for us as consultants and for us as humans.

C + PE^T = D

Now stick with me while I walk you through each one of these steps.

D is your dream. D is what you want. C is your current situation. P is your plan. E is your daily execution of that plan. T is time.

That little upwards facing hat thing, that represents an exponent. An exponent is like when you put something to the power of something, it's a power law.

If I put five to the power of ten, I get 9,765,625
and you're probably like, "Whoa, how does five to the power of ten equal such a massive number?" Yeah, this is what exponents do. It means it's five times five, then it keeps multiplying upon itself. These are what we call power laws. These are the laws which earthquakes work on, like Richter scales. A lot of things work on these sorts of scales.

This is why if you look at the gap between the rich and the poor that follows a massive steep curve, it's like the rich keep getting richer and the poor keep getting poorer.

That's why once you have a lot of money, it's way easier to make a lot of money because things compound. Most people don't take this into account.

This is the equation of cause and effect and I'm going to walk you through it. Don't worry if you're a little bit confused right now, but I'm going to walk you through each step and show you how simple it is.

We'll continue the thread as soon as I see engagements.

Is there a good hotel close to the park and dam for tourists? In your estimation, how safe is Niger state and the area for a non native tourist? Are there flights into the state? I'm asking as a prospective visitor to kainji.

I think irrigation via the dam should boost agric activities in that area, pls confirm.
1)there are comfortable lodges within the park....but be ready to stay without power . You should also stack up your food supplies( if you intend to stay within the park for some time)
2)yes, there should be( i'm not quite sure)...the journey from lagos is relatively safe...Lagos-Ibadan-illorin-Niger
3)quite safe, very peaceful...plus there are rangers in the camp that can protect you.
4)Not quite, Niger is predominantly arid...crops that are drought resistant are sure to thrive..............Agricultural activities are high as well.

Dpsychologist:
Wildlife Museum
In the museum, skins of wild animals are on display(these skins are from animal that either died of natural causes or killed by poachers) such as skin of a big python that stretches from the floor to the ceiling of the building, a huge glutted crocodile, a big egg of an ostrich, snakes and large spiders.
I doubt you visited the park, from your pictures, where you visited is the head office.....

So i'll ask you this question....Did you visit Roan gate, oli camp?
if not... you only went for an excursion, not adventure.
Good work all the same.

here are some pictures(with 'me' in them) at my time at KLNP.

EducationRe: Bishop Oyedepo Removes Tuition For Agricultural Sciences In Landmark University by benstuber(m): 12:22am On Mar 11, 2018
HigherEd:
I believe that is the Medical Fee(10k) - transferrable as long as you don't use it at any level. Caution fee is 20 or 25k and is refundable. Maybe WiFi and other non academic/non essential services could also fall into the category of "other component". But certainly the one removed(which is tuition) would be about 60-80% of initial school fees. I know this cos we paid for my sister some few months ago.
See Goat! From the very first day Landmark came into existence in 2011 it has been the largest scholarship giving Private University - Especially Agric. And this is because the School is an Agriculture based private university. Much of Landmark is also funded directly by the church and its farm sales...

And No if Oyedepo saw Agriculture as useless he won't spend over N9 billion(>30 billion total) in building a University for it while not offering courses for Law and Medicine.
. Thank you dear
EducationRe: University Of Ibadan(UI) 2017/2018 Admission Thread by benstuber(m): 2:21am On Mar 08, 2018
Hello, good evening dear one.

How are you doing today?

You have been on break for so long, say like 9 months. That's enough time for a child to be conceived and delivered.

Astounding, don't you think?

So you have been impregnated with so much expectation, desires mounting, anxiety protruding, and right now it's like you're about to explode. I mean, you just want to resume into UI now.

It's expected, your Due date is at the door.

But before you go into the Delivery room my dear, let's get you prepared for a smooth delivery. ‍⚕‍⚕

*NOTE: I didn't say Labour Room. You're coming into the University of Ibadan to deliver, will you have to push? Well, yes! Normally, It's needed to help the child see the new world. But it doesn't have to be hard.*

Let me show you how Pregnant you are!

Like an expectant mother, especially a first timer (Freshman), you don't know what entering into the delivery room (your department in the University) will feel like. So, its OK if your mind is all over the place. But not worry, you have every reason to be in this delivery room, you are due (satisfied every requirement)!☑

Like any expectant mother, you would have asked questions from those who delivered successfully; how their first experience in that delivery room was and I believe you have gathered so much information. You are even sharing with other Due mothers (Freshmen like yourself). But the truth remains, this is your delivery, this is your child (your dream), you may be pregnant with twins, your baby could be bigger than others.

This is where I am going, you are asking questions like can I start reading or better yet, won't I seem too serious if I want to start reading now?

Well, my dear, your questions are valid, but your answer shouldn't depend on popular opinion, there is just one thing you must ensure, get a proper understanding of what you are about to do, then when all the facts are down.
Make your decision!

I hope you know you won't have class teachers any more and usually your classes will be so large your lecturers may not be able to establish any kind of personal relationship with you, except you make the move.

There are 5 things a Due Mother should do before entering the delivery room.

° Manage her emotions, stay in control no matter what.

° Take deep breaths occasionally, Relax my dear.

° When it's time to push, give it your best push.

° It may take a couple of “pushs", feel free to retreat to make a strong come back. Trust me, you're making progress.

° I hope you have been listening to the doctor all along!

What are you even pregnant with?

*Your Dreams my dear, if a woman with a unicornate uterus (half a womb) can deliver normally and smoothly, then you definitely can too*

Here is a group below of fellow Due Mothers (Freshmen) like yourself and other Motherswho have been in and out of this Hospital (the University of Ibadan) and the delivery rooms (our various departments).

We can give you the support you need.

Feel free to share with any freshman resuming into UI that you know.
