my scanner keeps saying: "scanner is being used by another process or dongle is not inserted". i installed as a single user. The license was copied(vfmatcher) but it rejected the vfextractor as the other license. i got it running however. but anytime i click stat capture, it brings that error message. help plz

Check your device manager to see if there is any missing driver. This problem is usually associated with vista operating systems and rarely with windows xp. If there is any missing driver in the device manager make sure you install the driver. This will take care of the problem. But if it does'nt let me know to tell you next step to take.

Check your email. Make sure all the drivers for futronic fs80 is completely installed before you think of installing the offline license, if not after installing the offline license you will receive error messages.

The input/output error you received is due to huge traffic on JAMB website. It can only be overcome by using the offline biometric license. This problem you mentioned is one the major reasons why offline biometric license was introduced. The offline license can be used off JAMB website, which means the thumb printing can be done off JAMB website and can also be saved/transferred to JAMB site when connected to internet.
