Intrigues as Prof Dora Akunyili was finally confirmed minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria during the voting process. After the Senate President confirmed that the "ais have it" there was a little uproar from the opposition who beforehand plotted her downfall. But the Senate President upheld the confirmation. Finally Prof Dora Akunyili has been confirmed.
