Make sure all drivers in your system is complete before installing the biometrics offline license. This can affect the funtionality of your biometric offline capture. To check if all your drivers are complete go to your system's device manager by right clicking my computer icon. Click on Hardware and then device manager. If any driver is missing make sure you contact your engineer to install the missing drivers before installing the biometric license.

Installing the JAMB offline license is a bit technical. Those that bought the offline software or who wish to buy the software but have not installed yet should contact a good system engineer to do the installations to avoid technical issues. This message is especially for those outside Lagos. Those within Lagos with technical issues can come with their system to No.1 Palmer Crescent, Ileiwe bus stop, Liasu road, Ikotun - Egbe, Lagos State for technical assistance. You can also call 08185815828 or mail bubencommunications@gmail.com.

For those making inquiries concerning DigitalPersona 4000B and 4500B, the products are from the same manufacturers. From my observation DigitalPersona 4000B produces better thumb print quality than 4500B. The thumb print is clearer and broader than that of 4500B.

I have DigitalPersona U.are.U 4500B with offline mode in stock. This costs N23,000. The advantage of this scanner over every other scanner in the market now is that it works both offline and online which makes it very much faster than others. This scanner is the best you can get now. It works better than any other scanner. With it you can complete JAMB registration within 30 minutes rather than wasting the whole day on one form. But with the other ones it takes between two to five hours depending on the speed of your internet connection. In offline mode it allows you to upload your passport and scan your finger print with the serial and Pin numbers provided on your JAMB scratch card. This takes about two minutes to accomplish, after which you can save to your system. Then in online mode, go to JAMB registration site, input the serial and pin numbers in the sign up (new users) link. Automatically the saved passport and finger print will load immediately on the username/password creation page. The rest takes less than thirty minutes to complete.

CelebritiesSammie Okposo May Face Three Year Jail In Scotland by BenSwift(op): 8:22pm On Jul 24, 2010
….As Hubby Risks Three-Year Jail in Scotland
THESE are not the best of times for sensational gospel singer, Sammie Okposo, who got married barely a few weeks ago to pretty Ozioma in a lavish wedding ceremony held in Lagos.

This is coming on the heels of charges of alleged racial remarks, levelled against him in Aberdeen, Scotland, just as the couple continued their honeymoon outside the shores of the country.
Worse still is the revelation that the offence attracts a maximum penalty of three years in Scotland, causing the bride emotional breakdown as the news filtered to her.
“The bride is currently devastated, and needs all the encouragement she can get now to prevent any eventuality,” National Daily Weekend  learnt.
http://nationaldailyngr.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=2592:honeymoon-bluessammie-okposos-wife-ozioma-weeps-&catid=99:current-cover&Itemid=489

Things got bad for Sammie in the Scottish city of Aberdeen, when he decided to give his wife a treat at a restaurant. No sonner had the couple settled down to pick their choice from the menu list than the waitress, a Chinese, called in the police to report claims of “racially aggravated remarks” from the gospel artiste, in the course of discharging her duties.

Sources confirmed that  Sammie did not know the implications of such confrontations until the police swooped  on him, taking him away for the offence.

“In fact, the whole thing is too shocking for him to comprehend. I am sure that he must have gone with his bride to the place for food when the incident happened, and it is a pity that this rough incident is spoiling the honey moon for the couple. He may also have expected a little attention”, the source said.

First broken by a Scottish newspaper, Scottish Evening Express, the report identified Sammie Okposo as a 31-year-old African gospel star, who was on honeymoon with his bride at Jimmy Chung's, a pub located at Aberdeen's Beach Esplanade.

It said the star had gone to the pub, where he spoke in a racially motivated manner to Ronny Shui Hung Yung, who works at there as a waitress.

For the offence, Sammie was said to have been arrested and docked, but his defence agent, Mike Munro, was able to negotiate a bail for him, pending when the case comes up for hearing in September.

A London-based Nigerian lawyer told National Daily Weekend that such cases in the United Kingdom are not treated with levity.
“I pray he gets a good representation in court, because such matters are handled seriously here. In Aberdeen, racial issues are not light matters.

“In 2008, a police man was jailed on that account. That is to show you how serious racism is taken here. I heard he pleaded not guilty, and I believe that he would be able to buttress that with evidence and witnesses.

But joints like that have video cameras everywhere, which will show what transpired at the time of the offence.

If Sammie is found guilty, I am afraid the maximum sentence in Scotland for such a crime is three years in jail. It could come with a fine, though. But he needs all the support he can get now, because this is really a trying moment for him,” the legal practitioner said.

Meanwhile, some close colleagues of Sammie's in the entertainment and music industry have been analyzing the  situation.

Those who were called to speak only offered to talk anonymously, considering that they did not have the  facts of the case.
A popular actor, who is close to Sammie, but does not want his name mentioned, said, “What happened is still shocking to me.”

This apart, he said: “I am still praying that it turns out a lie. Sammie and his new wife do not deserve this at all. The other day we gathered to celebrate them and today the story is that the groom has a racial case to answer in Scotland. If he goes to jail what happens to the bride? They might want to use this to prove a point since Sammie has already been identified as an African star”.

Some observers, still wonder what Sammie’s frame of mind was at the time of the alleged offence.

It was not immediately clear whether or not Sammie would return to Nigeria with his  wife before the adjourned date for the court hearing in September.

SportsEagles Back Lagerback by BenSwift(op): 5:32pm On Jun 24, 2010
I have played under many coaches since I joined the national team and I must confess that Lagerback brought something different to the team…Yobo
A MAJORITY of the Super Eagles players on Tuesday pleaded with the Nigerian football authority to give their technical adviser, Lars Lagerback, the chance to build a new national team for the country.
According to them, the Swede has shown within a short time that he has the wherewithal to halt the slide in the country’s fortune in international football.
Speaking shortly after Nigeria drew 2-2 with South Korea in a match it needed to win to qualify for the second round of the ongoing South Africa 2010 World Cup, the players absolved Lagerback of blame for their poor performance at the Mundial.
Deputy captain Joseph Yobo told journalists during a post-match briefing at the Moses Madhiba Stadium in Durban that it would be unkind of any Nigerian to say that Lagerback failed the country when the Sweden former coach was not responsible for Nigeria’s elimination.
He added that apart from the results, the coach acquitted himself creditably: “I have played under many coaches since I joined the national team and I must confess that Lagerback brought something different to the team,” Yobo said.
“We did not win our matches here, but any observer with technical knowledge of the game will agree that the current team showed a lot of urgency in its play. Unfortunately, the players did not do their bit on the pitch. Will you blame Lagerback for the lost chances that would have taken us to the second round?”
He added: “It is unfortunate that we always look for a scapegoat each time we fail. We should search ourselves and find out where we faltered and then make amends.
“I want to plead that Lagerback is given the opportunity to build his team with the best players eligible to play for Nigeria because I believe that given more time, the coach will give us the national team we deserve.”
To Kalu Uche, who scored Nigeria’s opening goal in the 2-2 draw with South Korea, Lagerback’s knowledge of the game will give Nigeria a new lift if he is given the opportunity to work for the team for a reasonable length of time.
“I am sad that we could not qualify for the second round despite dominating the game against Korea,” he said. “We created chances that would have made the game end 5-2 but did not score the goals. Now people are blaming Lagerback, why?
“Considering that Lagerback did not have the time to scout for all the good Nigerian players before taking his team to South Africa, I will say that he has done well. Everything depends on the Nigeria Football Federation and the sports authorities, but I will suggest that he be given time to build his own team.”
Kalu added: “The bane of African football is lack of continuity and we have to change that way of doing things. Look at all the African teams at this World Cup, most of them are going home early because they did not allow their coaches enough time to work with the teams.
“We should for once give the coach time to work in his own way and give us a good team. It doesn’t matter who is in the team as long as the players are Nigerians.”
Skipper Kanu Nwankwo, goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama and Dickson Etuhu also towed the same line, but Russia-based striker Osaze Odemwingie disagreed with his mates, saying that Lagerback has failed Nigeria and should be shown the way out.
According to Odemwingie, who was furious that the Swede did not give him enough playing time, the Swede committed tactical blunders in the game against South Korea game. He said Lagerback allowed sentiment to becloud his judgement, adding that he was left out of the final group match because he questioned the coach’s tactics.
“We played three matches and lost two and people are still saying that we did well,” he fumed. “I have not seen a coach who will instruct strikers not to participate in defending.
“I think that is a big mistake with Nigerian football when we have only one defensive midfielder and one creative in front of him. All our middle was open and that was the problem we had against Greece.
“Today he instructed three attackers not to participate in defence, which left our midfielders in tough job of curtailing the tireless Koreans."
Odemwingie suggested that he was not given enough playing time because he attacked Lagerback’s tactics, adding that leaving out Obafemi Martins and himself was a great disservice to Nigeria. The Lokomotive Moscow striker added that sacking Shaibu Amodu has proved to be a great mistake, which came back to haunt Nigeria at the World Cup.
Odemwingie was among the players that hailed the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF)’s decision to sack Amodu after the Angola 2010 Nations Cup, because he said that, with hindsight, he would have opposed the move.
“I think we made a mistake in sacking Amodu because what we got here showed that the wise decision would have been to go with what we had. Now we have spent so much money for nothing,” he lamented. “Nigerians deserve better than what we gave them and I want to apologise to them.”
Though he admitted that Nigeria did not have the team to win the World Cup, he said the country had the quality to qualify for the second round in a group that had Greece, South Korea and Argentina.

Actually i am selling it because i want to add up the money to buy another internet modem. I observed that the router cannot connect more than ten systems. In my cafe i have more than ten systems including those using laptops. Using ten systems or less it is very fast but anything above ten is slow. That is the genuine reason for putting up for sale. Meanwhile i assure you that you will test the router before buying and it is brand new and not fairly used.
