I spoke to the commissioner of kogi and kwara on Tuesday, he assured me of next week after salah; that the commissioners have met and set next week as the target to issue apl.
but note civil servants hardly keep to deadlines should incase it doesn't happen

exactly what i was thinking. Why will you tell someone that is already selected that he or she will miss out on that position. Moreover its only 3 per state for MFA, not unless they want to make it 1 person per state.

u understand!! and now telling the person to fill the form of another ministry dat didn't shortlist you.

the 3 per state applies to the regular recruitment for all ministries. but u have additional list which is called stakeholders list which will add up to the list I.e a ministry regular list will be 111 stake holders could be 90 suming it up to 201 for dat position

From one tale to another....I don't know about people collecting APL I don't know how true that is, well that's not my business. According to my ravens they have been mandated to concluded the recruitment as fast and soon as possible. The commissioners are working and the director of recruitment is also working. I just hope they are fast enough. Those people up there are thinking of conducting another recruitment when they are not even done with this one.

Commissioners are signing letters and forwarding to director of recruitment to make the final signing. Last week some commissioners weren't around and you need to see the mountain of APLs on there desk waiting to be signed.

Pray for speed and zeal on the part of those in charge of the recruitment. pray that no government or in house crisis halt the recruitment. Just pray, pray and pray some more. Certain states are in luck there commissioners have signed and forwarded their APLs

Work is ongoing and if they take the mandate serious APLs will roll out soon.

bro I doubt commissioners sign, I know only directors do, about 8 commissioners sits are vacant

98% of documented fellows will get the letter, if the letter is officially out everybody on this platform will know!!! the buzz will be too much, people wouldn't be able to hide their excitement, there is also a possibility that very very few have collect apl before the official date hence they still coding the information

There was actually a list for interpreter and translator different from foreign service officers list, it has nothin to do with ur course of study, some language grad were under F.S.O list

I went there today, one of the secretaries in Yobe, borno and bauchi state commissioner office told me that she doesn't know when they'll start issuing APLs out. She said that they'll be tho ones to contact us. God knows best.

don't mind them , they know the likely time, but they will not say, they ll be forming "acting on one code of secrecy "which dey signed. have u ever wonder they all give the same brief uniform answer except they over sabi u wella . but there is progress as regards apl as bossss said earlier

it seems true o, one thing for sure is that the director started signing some southern state letters that were ready last week, may be he is thru with them now. although some northern state are still typing or even documenting e.g jigawa kano, borno yobe, kwara kogi etc

it depends on ur state secretary! some state have already gotten to.the signing stage by the director, while some state are still typing. Dat of delta ,bayelsa and some others have gotten to the signing stage while northern states are still typing. not uniform. God helpus all

but that 350k could take two years before u get paid buh it just depends on ur ministry and the ogas dere

If u give an address aside from abuja, it is deemed u travelled from dat state to abuja, so u are entilittled to 28 days allowance...

I just called our Secretary, I asked her when the APL would be ready. Her response

"My dear, we are still typing the letters after that signing, you have to be very patient, you hear, it is stage by stage"

I think because they are elderly, they can't be as fast as our generation when typing or working. Good luck to all.

thanks! we really have to be patient! Cos only the director will sign and stamp over 2000 letters, then re- distribute it again to various state commission offices for pick up!. who knows,they may still ave to sit again to pick a date for issuance of apl.BUREAUCRACY

u have technically resumed but ur ministry will let you know during ur documentation when they will have you guys time for orientation and other things
