for listening download a lot of them from YouTube and practice. By now u should know what your weak points are. Work on them by getting some tips online.

Thank you very much. I didnt i got confirmed i was pregnant the month i got the visa. i was never asked also at the interview if i was pregnant. I wrote a letter of change of intent as well.

Usually they send email and ask you to book appt.
They called me sha in the middle of a strategy meeting and ruined my day! Lol! This was Jan 2016.
After weeks of deliberating, I decided to go for the interview and realised I was called because I spent 5mths in the US. If u delivered in may.. And got your visa in Sept... Were you preg during the interview? Did you declare your birthing intentions? Did you stay longer than your requested period of stay? Have you visited US again after the birthing trip?

My interview was short and straight to the point because I went with my baby and the interviewer understood that I went for childbirth on my 4th visit to the US, of which I showed all receipts.

If you have a visiting visa to US, you are expected to use it to visit first

Please help me. I received a call from the US embassy this morning that i am needed for a 10 minutes interview. I applied for visiting visa in september, 2015 and had my baby in May 2016. I paid all my fees. I also didnt overstay. Now this call is coming this morning. Please has anybody been called and what was the interview about.

Does it have a separate charger? Then just take it to computer village and show them the charger if u reside in Lagos. They will give u a charger that will work.

Just buy step down with it. I have use Medela Pump In style with one in Nigeria and it worked perfectly well.

Was told the same thing. But i called the nearest records office to me. They checked and told me it was ready. When I collected it I saw that the bc was ready about 3 days after delivery.

Please my brother needs help. The wife just had a baby in Indiana and they are telling them the birth certificate will take 6 to 8 weeks. They need to come back to Nigeria asap. Please can anyone help how to get this faster? Please it's urgent.

I also heard one could actually buy a return ticket for infant. its always way cheaper. since you just get to pay 10%. e.g if one way is 4k and you pay 10% for infant, return could be 2k and you pay 10%. baby doesnt have to use it. I am just yet to confirm how to do it. you could follow up to and lets see how it works. we get to save alot with that.

Called them and got a quote for abt 356 dollars n they said I could pay with card.will do that tomorrow.

Baby's wellness checkup is important. They need to check to make sure baby is adapting well at home and also gaining the required weight back.

I definitely wouldn't want to take my new born baby on a trip back without seeing a doctor.

I was given a follow up visit by the hospital i used for a pediatrician. seems it is the usual practice that baby should see doctor after being discharged at the hospital. I haven't been able to go out since cos i am still recovering from some delivery pains i had. Please is this visit compulsory for those who have heard about it. Thanks

If your are in Hosuton, you don't need SSN for passport application. Just type 00000 in the SSN space. Don't know about other cities.

Hello All,

Here is my breakdown of all bills issued and and paid so far.

I used oak bend , dr Fagbohun .

Dr fees and test- 2020
Hospital fees -2300.
Nic -$416
I cancelled hearing test .
Brown and associates gave me two bills . $93 and $24.
Then a mama we stayed together discovered a clinic beside us for PD visit. First visit $30 and hearing test was also done . Second visit $30. The clinic is hope clinic they are in bellaire Blvd and they also give correspondence.( hope am not breaking rules.).

Then for those using west Houston , oakbend , Methodist . The accomodation am using , a room will be vacant from 29th of May . Good and strategically located on cook road by bellaire.

I came crying yesterday i couldnt get PTA. i had just 1k with me. I called travel agent to change my flight till Thursday hoping to get PTA. I couldnt risk it at POE. at 6pm, my brother who was expecting called if i had checked in. I said i was sorry i had delayed the flight. He was furious and ask me to leave the house immediately. Flight was 9.30. see race. we drove like Shumacher to the airport. Thank God i was quickly attended to cos of my belle. But my heart was still racing... Just 1k to show at the POE.

I can recall @omodadi telling me i will find favour just like @leakytribe yesterday. Lo and behold, POE went thus:

Me: On vacation and have my baby
IO: Just tell me you are here to have your baby. Dont lie. People are sent back because they lie
Me: I got the VISA before i was pregnant for vacation purpose so i waited so i could use it for two things
IO: I insist you are just here to have a baby. whenever we see you women with bumps we know its to birth. Nothing you say matters. we deport the cos they dont wanna tell the truth.
Me: I smiled
IO: so how much do you have
Me: 1k
IO: how do you want to pay.
Me: I have my cards here
IO: what do you do

IO: husband coming to join you

stamped for 6 months
no single document was checked. Not even the money bank statement, doctors blabla. No agriculture disturbance blabla. i didnt even spend 30 min at all from the time we arrived and when i was picked.

I was at stanbic ibtc today and we were only informed that pta was not available. No one said we should reapply or that stanbic has issues. They only said no pta for today. There may be tomorrow.

Information reaching us that stanbic has issue with PTA.
And now they av requested ppl should reapply and remember it takes 2weeks, meaning till 11th of April b4 anyone can get PTA. Maybe they want to use this time to sort themselves out. Don't know how far it's true o, but got the info from someone who was there today and suppose to travel on 6th April.

Please any idea of the rate abeg. I haven't tried yet.

There can't be any issues, i suggest u hold ur marriage certificate to back up ur claim of who transferred the money.

Please i need advice on this. I am off for my missionary journey in few days. I intend to travel with 5k and want to go with my master card and print account statement in the sum of like 1.4 million in case i am being questioned on how much i have at the POE. the challenge i have is the money is not yet in my account but hubby wants to transfer it to my account. my passport bear different name with my husband because i got it before i was married. May there be any issue of who transferred such huge amount to my account few days to my trip if they discovered a lump sum was transferred or i need not worry about the bank statement but just the account balance? Thank please advise.
