Now remember, proving they left PDP is different from proving they joined APC . APC can claim they are not their members but it behoves on oko jumbo lawyer to prove they HAVE LEFT THE PDP.

If successfully proven they've left the PDP but its proven they haven't yet joined the APC, then they are party less.

Now, do they have support from PDP saying they never defected? Yes! That's where they have a case in which case I expect oko jumbos lawyer to prove they lied on OATH by swearing to am affidavit of defection when they haven't defected.

Sorry the said Affidavit was not presented as Exhibit before the court slated time for filling exhibits lapsed, and wholla! The Judge Gave a Judgement that there was no evidence before his court that proves that Amawhule and co defected.
And too bad for fubara's camp...Appeal court will not and did not take New evidence ...as they will only base their Judgement on the decision of the High court Judgement

Martin Amaewhule 26 ors which Nulifies the Gov fubara from Appointing the caretaker commitee, if Rt. Hon. Martin Amaewhule 26 ors a reistated by the appeal court which is higher than the state high court and the appeal recognises the validity of their Laws, they just need an interlocutory injuction from another Appeal court to first restrict the CTC and then the Rt. Hon. Martin Amaewhule 26 ors will extend the LG tenure ...simple

Which final judgment ? Why does this one have to be the final judgment . Why not the one that declared their sit vacant by the first high court .. let them sit down there it will take more than this to get them back in the chambers for them to impeach the governor

Order of interlocutory that declared their seat vacant is not a Judgment... Just an ex part motion that expires within a given period.... And since this particular one went through proper trial and a Judgement was given, All interlocutory injunctions secured by fubara has been overtaken by this particular judgement. Unless fabara now can have an interlocutory injunction from the Appeal court.

there was no Affidavit submitted to the court before the Judgement was finally issued.... Mind you, court works with evidence deposed to by both parties and already admitted before the date expire and before final judgement.... 2) Appeal court will not take in new evidence, their mandate is to look into evidence supplied to the high court and decide their judgement....

As you all know, Martins Amaewhule and 26 others defected from the Peoples Democratic Party to the All Progressives Congress on the 11th Day of December, 2023 and stated that much in affidavit evidence deposed to by Martins Amaewhule for himself and on behalf of 26 others in Suit No. FHC/ABJ/1681/CS/2023 before Hon. Justice Donatus Okorowo of the Federal High Court, Abuja Division. The Suit is still pending in court.

If it is in Abuja forget. Wike controls that place...Martin's will withdraw the case ....
