Totally degrading of the Doctors, after taking an oath to save lives are now apologising for the death of loved ones. Why are we then blaming politicians and even judges for putting self first. The system is corrupt. I don't know how they sleep at home and people are left to die? Then you even blame policemen, these are so called learned people. SHAME ON THEM.

Job security means that after you have scaled through the probation period and you are now fully employed, you cannot just be sacked for no just reason. It means even if you misbehave, there are processes that have to be implemented like, verbal warning, written warning and the final warning before you can be sacked. Although there are exceptional actions which warrant immediate sacking of employees but in all, with job security you are sure your job is secure.
Even if the company decides to pack up due to several issues, as an employee you can be made redundant but with some money based on the number of years you have worked.

I have also done some homework on this business and my findings are that with 350k you can buy it and get it registered but nowadays, because of the mad rush for any business that works, with the help of a solicitor, you enter into an agreement with a driver who pays you 10k per week and he services the tricycle. the but there is that after he pays you 600k, the trycicle becomes his/her own, which leave you with a profit of 150k. If the driver defaults in payments, the tricycle is yours. Within one year, which is 10k times 60 weeks, the tricycle belongs to him/her. By doing this, you are exempted from any stories of lasma or police or engine or tyre problem. Good luck

I believe your best bet is to get professional softwares for each field and install them on their systems at a cost, then if they don't have any knowledge of using a computer you can capitalise on that also at an additional cost. All you need is one software each and either make copies and sell or better still, keep the originals and only charge for installing it on their system, by so doing they will always need you for their colleagues or you can build up your customers and introduce any other software to them, also at a cost.
