I leave in Ibadan,I schooled at The Polytechnic,Ibadan in the city of ibadan wch is the Capital of Oyo State.We ave 33 LGA in the state bt Ibadan happen to be the Largest and the limitless mobility Area cos no body will disturb ur conveniency.Followed by Oyo town,ogbomoso....
In ibadan,We ave diffrent Institutions like The Polytechnic,Ibadan,University of Ibadan,Lead city University.Here,the cost of living is not on the High side bt accomodation tends to be on a High not Higher side cos of Capital and schools of a thing...Ogbomosho has LAUTECH and also a cool place to enjoy ur stay..As well as Oyo Town.Oke ogun(Saki) has Oke ogun Polytechnic formerly The polytechnic Ibadan saki campus bt food is very cheap, cos it is very close to Boarder.So u will see diffrent stuffs at a lesser Price.
Also Ibarapa Area(Eruwa,Igboora,Tapa,Aiyete,Lanlate,Fiditi,Idere e.t.c) has Ibarapa Polytechnic formerly poly Ibadan Eruwa campus..
if u are posted to the Place,u shld ave it in Mind that U will serve in Public School..If u are Lucky,u may be posted to Local Govt or Ministry,u will be relieved cos u will not experience stress at all.

Jst come over to My State and enjoy urself to the Fullest..We don't Discriminate....

You must have your basic Five O'level result for the course and at least Lower Credit in addition with a year Post ND IT Period. And if it were to be Pass, your IT Period has to be two years.

To all those who applied for Insurance as their choice course of study who have been admitted for admission probably geo-informatics and surveying and the like despite they met up with the departmental cut off mark should go and re-check their admission status because the error has been rectified as at now. Once you see yours being rectified, print the provisional admission slip out immediately...

Congrats to everyone who has made the MERIT LIST. But those who were not able do not hesitate to opt in for the new DPP of the school wif you wish) because it is synonymous to that Full Time Programme. More so, you can use the ND result of it to process your either HND or Bsc Programme.
More over, it would save a year of yours rather than to wait for another UTME. There is every tendency its school fee would be little bit higher than that of Full Time's...

The assurance of my notification to you is that I had the opportunity of seeing the "hard copy of the departmental cut off marks", but I won't disclose that now until it is officially announced. So, you needn't to be extremely anxious to see it, just calm yourself downward because it 'll soon be uploaded to the school's official website. I was a student of lgs during my ND days, i applied 4 de to unilorin, n i was admitted but durin online clearance i wz told dat dey wont accept my lgs cert 4 any course in ilorin, dats why im back 4 hnd in pub admin. As for unilag n ui dey dont accept ND cert 4 any social sci course even if u ve distinction except A'level.

Oh! sorry, I understand you. I was talking pertaining to other courses. That was a misconception by me. Just like UI do not also accept ND Accounting for Economics except A'Level.

SCAM ALERT: There is a wrong information passed across the Nigerian websites concerning The Polytechnic, Ibadan. The message go thus: The Polytechnic, Ibadan 2014/2015 Post UTME Form is out. My dear, this is BIG LIE, do not fall victim. A lot of people have fallen victim by sending #3,200, #3,500, #5,500 and the like. When it's out, you do not need to send anyone money (except in some special cases like you're not computer literate and the likes), you're to get it on the school's website and register it immediately.
The school is currently on semester break for now and would resume 21st July, 2014. "is it possible for a shop to close and still sell goods to customers?". Be awared!

He could try Unilorin providing he could submit his ND transript on time, pass the entrance exam (have 50 and above) and have minimum of 4.0 CGPA. I he does these, his admission is 65% sure. I have some guys on Unilorin who I advised then to chose the school for Direct Entry.
