For the TITLE, it is default for everyone i.e. showing title only without SPECIFICATION.
For the SIGNATURE, if you had uploaded it and appended it yet displaying such; you have no problem providing you had done the needful.

Take note of this:

Those with payment issues should channel their complaints to nyscsupport@sid mach.com
Those with password issues should reset their password from the portal
Those who used inactive email should send request of change of email to nyscsupport@nys c.gov.ng
Those having problems of either wrong JAMB number, record not found, wrong matric, duplicate matric or jamb should complain to their schools
Those with doubts in their date of birth should know that the date of birth came from jamb database. They still have option to change it using waec verification pin
Those who registered last batch but did not go or were not mobilised shouldn't bother to do fresh registration. They just go to the portal and click on revalidation or 'already have an account' to login using their login details of the last registration.

You do not need TOKEN with GTBank's Naira MasterCard for this kind of payment.
I did mine with GTBank Naira MasterCard and it went without any hitch.

No I don't pls elucidate. B'cos I used my correct date of birth to check d senate list online only for me to see a wrong one Just b4 submitting. Only d day is wrong, the year nd month are all correct

You can submit it because you cannot edit it that way.
When you are done with the reg., then you can make use of WAEC VERIFICATION PIN to do that still on same website.
