"We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for details" Even tho I've done my biometrics and it is showing the 10yr expiring date. With that quote, what does it mean? It's been 2 weeks I did it

Tried applying for biometrics which they said I've "exceeded the maximum no of allowed appointments" I've emailed them, no response yet concerning this issue. I used an alternative to apply which was via email on Sunday and it indicated;saved and sent successfully. I haven't heard any response from them today concerning the booking I did using email. What about the first issue, who knows anything about it?
