You are not transferring the money to them la.

You’re using a credit/debit card to pay.

So just have somewhere around USD $120 or #90,000 (Naira) in either of the cards you want to use.
This amount is around CAD$150.

So if you’re paying for the biometric too (that’ll be CAD $235) then have somewhere around USD $180 or around #135,000 Naira.

When you pay with a debit card, they’ll debit and you’ll know how much they charged.

And also depending if you’re doing official rate or black market rate.

The rate in CAD is $150 for study permit application fee plus $85 for biometrics( that’s for fresh applications).

So you can use google to do your conversion

I know the fees in Canadian dollars. It's the equivalent in US dollars and naira, is the issue. Don't know if I'm to use official exchange rate or black market. Someone said black market so I'm a bit confused.

I have a pay a non-refundable fee of 1k CAD which will be part of my first semester school fees to book my space. And I was giving 30days to make this payment or I loose my spot.

Please guys is this the right thing to do? Has anyone here gotten admission from this school? I’m a bit confuse hear and I need advice.

By the way I intend applying for M-Power loan which will ease the stress of the funding part for me.

It's the right thing to do. I got admission from there too.

So, I prophetically wrote this down since 16th of November 2022 when I was still very worried about how long the Form A processing was taking and I just danced after.
I applied via the GC Key portal and this was my first application.
My timeline
Applied on the 4th of January 2023
Biometrics request: 5th January 2023
Biometrics Done and updated: 9th January 2023
Medicals was done upfront on the 20th of December 2022
Medical Request: 20th January 2023
Medicals updated to Passed: 27th January 2023
Eligibility started: Not too sure when it started, I saw that it had started when medical request came in
BVL dropped: 23rd February 2023
PPR dropped: 23rd February 2023
A few things that gave me concern was that all my statements of account were gotten since first week of November 2022 and I didn’t submit my application till January 4th 2023 but it worked out in the end… God did it!
